I am 66, play Guitar since Age of 12, i playd allmost any Highprice Brand, Gibson, Fender, Manson, you named it, but this cheap Squier is a absolut Killer Guitar for this little Money. 1st of all, thats an epiphone (they fixed neck dive in their SG’s) 2nd yeah thats the fix

this was helpful ..ive been looking for a deal on a sunburst DGT for a while ..I think in will skip that ..of the SE's ive liked the Zach Meyers and the custom...both regular custom and 24-08 ..ive got a trampas green ZM I bought used 600..its a favorite of mine but its problematic for performances ..coming from car to venue the guitar takes a long time to settle and stay in tune ...its ok at home but too fussy to perform with. im a blues artist ..the coil split of the custom was not demonstrated here ..I think the two pickup coil split sounds like Stratocaster switch position 2 ...I think this is an excellent tone to have available ...strat purists will scoff ..its not dead on but still its good

I have several PRS SE but not a DGT...I thought custom was clearly better no overdrive...DGT better with overdrive ..I like the 3 knob control better than 2

Man, I would take the bridge on the 24 and the neck on the DGT. Either could be your only guitar if it had to be.

I have 2 epiphone LPs and got to play a friend's Gibson LP. There is a reason Gibsons cost more with a caviat. It depends on the year of the Gibson. Epiphones seem to get better, while Gibsons tend to have better years than others.

I thought I recognized the white guitar hanging up behind you in your epiphone 61 “les paul” sg. As a Godin Stadium. I see now for sure that is what it was. Did you ever end up doing a review of this? They tend to make outstanding guitars so I wondered what you think about it.

You’re a cool dude and I’m going to take your word on this one. Im just a click away from buying a mint one for $500 used with the case also mint. What do you think? For a nice price and certainly alot cheaper than the Gibson I’m thinking it’s a deal? Also, just got the Fender player tele 2 HH and I’m really liking it. The rosewood is back and man I love it. The Sire’s are coming out look sweet too!
