What a cool experience, I feel like Im watching Garage squad.....Helping this family make memories. Thats what car restoration is about, making memories with family. Good work ZHP!
EXCELLENT VIDEO !!! and to top it an old school impala!! I am sure with some time and TLC (MOOONEY) as JJ says on thAT commercial, LOL , THAT 65 will be looking " RIGHT ON!!!"
Loved this video guys I baught my dads/ grandpa 1965 impala ss It’s also been parked since 01 still can’t get it to run it’s in a working progress Thanks 🙏🏻 again for this cool video
When i was a kid, we had a 1966 Chevy Biscayne 2 door, with exactly the same turquoise green color on it too. The only difference was that the tail lights were rectangular and the back roof was not slanted, like this Impala fastback. Maybe have the original wheels size back on again, as well as the original wheel covers and this car would definetely look at its very best. Thanks alot for posting this on the UA-cam chanel and thank you especially to the master mechanics himself. Great! job. Johnny, Montreal, Canada.
I have a 1970 impala that i could really use some help with i been through a couple mechanics and it seems like i cant get out of the same problem if u guys are local i would love for ur guys help
The only difference between the two, is that manifold source would give you vacuum advance at idle, ported source gives you the same manifold vacuum, but only once the throttle is cracked open. So it depends on what you’re looking to achieve.
Had a 65 impala ss loved it
Damn. My dad had one of those when I was too young to drive. I begged him not to sell it. Those were the days. Thanks for the detailed video.

It was such a honor to work on an amazing car for great people. Thank you Ivan.
Yes sir! Much thanks to him for the opportunity.
I had a new 65 impala. Medera Maroon, 283 power glide. Black interior. Sweet car. Had it 10 years.
65 Impala my favorite old school car
Super clean man.
I’ll leave it exactly the way it is and just cruise.
Just a nice wash polish the wheels.

Thanks for showing and working on this original classic. Saving and passing these onto the younger generations. Excellent content.
