If you are controlling diabetes with diet, how can this help?
Also can it help gallstones?

Blood sugar has to do with diet and balancing minerals. Minerals are always key for blood sugar along with diet. Copper is very important for the blood sugar as is Chomium, Zinc, Calcium and Magnesium. But don't guess, test with a Hair tissue mineral analysis. Taking random amounts of different supplements is NEVER a good idea.
Same answer for gallstones.
