I really commend this woman for being humble enough to take back an animal that was not quite right and care about her customers. I had to do this in my own life recently, and I thought it would make my credibility go way down which is very important to me, but it actually did the opposite just like in this woman's case. It showed people that I was not afraid to admit my mistake which actually added to my credibility rather than taking from it. I was very glad to hear that that man paid her that compliment regarding her efforts to admit her short-coming and steps she took to right them. Bravo! 😁
