I’m a partner in a business and we’ve hired friends. Every one of them quit or got fired. When you hire strangers they work harder and don’t feel entitled. Your friends feel equal when they aren’t. They didn’t build it. If they did then it they are already a partner. My business partner and I weren’t friends before business. We became friends after. Works how It should.
