Victor I'm 33. 5 foot 7. 185 pounds. I recently done 10 sets of 10 skull crushers using 25 pounds each arm. I broke up each set by jumping up and immediately doing dumbell curls for biceps. I got an unbelievable pump and noticeable gains. However, the pain and tightness in my triceps lingered for up to week. I heard of bodybuilders doing heavy squats and having that pain for up to a week as well. What supplement or forms of stretching can I use to speed up recovery so I can get back to adding more gains. I am a natural lifter. I don't take protein shakes, creatine, only the occasional pre work out. However the work out mentioned did not include a pre work out. I enjoy eating food for gains and wanna stay natty.

It may matter not diluting preworkout and dry scooping it’s too potent there’s a reason to add water certain ingredient etc etc
Hello,Vic and crew,do you find it hard to stay consistent as you age? I am 55 but have been lifting off and on since 15. I find discipline and consistency has been my biggest obstacles as I have never achieved my goals.now at this age,no energy or drive.

Pacifica Brand - at Target and Amazon: it’s a spray like sunscreen- called PACIFICA BACKNE WARRIOR it works!!!! He has one in gym bag, and bathroom- like the guys said change the sweaty shirt asap- don’t wear the dirty shit be careful if you have acne and using the loofah scrubbing too hard esp for gets on 💉 - because you will on perpetuate the problem by scrubbing & opening the pores, then it’s a dirtier loofah and your going to hang it and then pick it up next wash- 🦠 gross! 😷
Use the spray is absolutely works- I have too athletes one in college and ones a bb and works!

Some people has natural high level testosterone which can cause acne. He’s doing good things it may be just hormones and over time it will get better but yeah scrubbing and don’t put oils on your back
