How weird would it be to live a life where every once in a while these people who have technology that is literally decades ahead of anything you or anyone you personally knew owned? To these kids in super remote villages it must feel like time travelers from the future come to their homes every once in a while and show them how crazy the future could be for them.

It's quite paradoxal how hyped up people get when watching such exciting videos. I mean, in reality, at least from my experience, you don't realy appreciate the moment on adventures when you are concerned about filming it. People just want to share it, and the cycle continues. I don't know why I am ranting about it, but this entire concept of sharing instead of being is really baffling to me.
Mistyisland What's wrong with sharing your experiences? Also, the go-pro cam just sits there on your helmet, it's not like it's a huge "worry" to be filming your adventures.
I guess you're right, in the era of gopro it doesn't require extra effort.

I agree. To an extent. Yes the go pro takes the worry out. I catch myself watching these mtb vids and think to myself, "dude go get a bike and go ride." Stop watching others and get out there!!! Awesome video though.

I Love these videos because it shows you to live life to the max and and enjoy life as it is. No matter what religion, what limitations and just enjoy life. And I love seing poor people laugh and sing and smile and just be happy, because they are thankful for what little they can get and afford and what little they know. It just makes me smile and reflect on life. And I hope it makes you smile too!

Going to Peru with my school. But I'm really worried as it will be nothing I've ever experienced before. And I'm not use to exotic food.

If you stay at Lima, then you have to go in the mood because is a very crowded city and traffic is kind of annoying.But you'll get to like the city. And if you're going to cusco then it would be easier, because of the amount of turist they recieve, the staff speaks english. When it comes to food, just ask for the less spicy ones.
Come to AREQUIPA or LIMA.

I'm new to biking, what kind of bikes do they have ? is it just souped up mountain bikes ? thanks
they use downhill bikes, so yeah basically just souped up mountain bikes :)
noo they are enduro bikes which are like normal mtb bikes but with a lot more travel,downhill bikes weigh a lot more and have even more travel but no different speeds.
Hope I live long enough to visit this magnificent place!
