I thought I was the only one and almost gave up on wearing colored contacts because I couldn't find a pair that didn't have that effect. Also love the slo-mo in some other videos. I got both the hidrocor rio buzios and hidrocor graphite lenses and they are both GORGEOUS. No bug-eye effect and beautiful realistic color. My eyes are medium brown. Thank you!

Yes, extremely similar. On my eyes, absolutely zero bug eye effect. To be fair though, if I had to choose I choose Buzios just because it suits my features better ☺️
Hey Danica, how close would someone have to be to me to see that the ipanema are not my real eyes? My eyes are about the color of Julia Roberts eyes but maybe a shade darker. They're medium brown with a lot of gold or honey lights. Buzios (and Fonesta from the anesthesia colletion) are the best greens ever. I agree. 👍🌹 Thank you!
I used NC Cristal on 2016, mel and ocre hidrocor... Natural colors cristal was amazing, nobody told they were contacts, Mel were good for night, but very pixalated and too fake color, but ocre was awful, super fake color. I don't know how those look in 2020, but now I bought aquamarine and Ipanema... Aquamarine don't give bug eye effect, but the color is too fake and during day it's obvious that are contacts... IPanema is amazing, they look wonderful on me, not bug eye effect, tô notice they are contacts they have to be 2 cms away from you, but honey, is Corona times, let's keep social distance!!! :)... So I would definitely buy Ipanema, the only problem with Solotica is that they are too uncomfortable after 30 minutes, to wear for more than 2 hours is a torture... Solotica please, make something!
Ooo I'll have to check out Fonesta, I'm definitely going to take note of that color thank you!! Tbh, the Ipanema is so so bright on eyes that are not a dark brown. You can wear them to the club, or in dim lighting but I personally would not wear them to work or in daylight. I so wish they would make a darker version, with a starburst style pupil hole...it would sell like crazy

I would say that the Cream is moreso similar to the Parati or ice. The cristal is a color I honestly have never seen before, it's like a white green color on my eyes

@danicarevamped what color would you recommend for silver silver hair, pale skin & darker brown than yours. Special note hubby always loves greens. So I have olive skin but I'm so pale you can't tell now. At your age I had dark brown hair. I feel my dark brown eyes are so weird looking in this sea of silver gray hair and white skin! Due to a skin condition I may never be able to wear makeup again so these would be my only way of jazzing myself up. Tia! (I've had inpanana, Mel, gray hidrocor about 4 yrs ago. None since. I have light brown eyes too and I regretted buying Buzios because I found they go more Khaki-light muddy green if you already have hazel/honey undertones
How would you compare buzio to jade. I have jade as well as Rio ipanema and sometimes I feel it is too bright. I love the color through and was recommended to try over the Quartzo, but I’m looking for something less bright or more neutral is a grey sense. I liked the jade (in the sense of darkness) I just felt like it was just a green and was hoping to find a color contact with more of a grayish blue tones incorporated. Is this buzio. Btw my eyes are very similar to the ones in the video, medium warmer brown.
I think you'd for sure like buzios, it's not as bright and yes in certain lighting can look greyish. Another color to look into is the Copacabana that has a very strong grey undertone
I had the hidrocor yearly Avela and I have dark brown eyes I looked like a zombie I don’t know why they looked soooo unrealistic not just the effect the pattern looked very fake. But when I watched some UA-camr on them they looked so natural :( However I got the rio buzios they are ok and natural but too dark on my dark brown eyes doesn’t really show.. but iam happy with the Solotica MONTHLY AMBAR they look natural and realistic on me. Maybe you should do a review of the monthly collection 🥰❤️thank you for this detailed one

Even the monthly Quarzto looks more realistic than the yearly I would love to see a review of them on your channel I always watch all your reviews because iam looking for realistic looking ones 😁
I had the same experience!!! Everyone looked amazing in yearly ambar but they made me look like a zombie ;( then i realized the monthlies are way more natural but my power is too big it’s -7 which is not available :(

Maybe you can email them because since a month or so solotica itself sells their own lenses now you should ask them about the power you need. I recently ordered olens Russian velvet green because I was curious how they will look they’ll arrive next Tuesday. I saw that they had a lot of power ranges to offer. Maybe you should try one of their lenses? Danica has a lot of reviews on them and they look very very natural :)

I have just become acquainted with Solotica lenses, and have tried cambucci green and bosanova grey and both look extremely fake on me with that snake eye effect. I have dark olive green eyes....going to try Amazonia green next and hope that pupil hole is more natural, and not as blunt. I wish these companies offered samples for a cost where you could try a few out before investing.
@@saracusenza4657 Hm, maybe not if you the cambucci didn't show up. The absolute lightest green lenses that solotica offers are the their Cristal. They are like a super light mint green though and I myself couldn't pull them off because they were way too light on me

"AVELÃ" is actually written with this tilde ~ above the A (nasal A), it sounds like /ah veh lung/ and it means "hazelnut". "GRAFITE" sounds like /grah feechie/ and it means the same thing. It's hilarious for us when you guys pronounce COPACABANA as /kowpa kabenna/. Instead we say /koppaka banna/.

Buzios 21 are less turquoise compared to other years.I hope they have a more yellow inside them

No, but if your eyes are sensitive I always recommend looking into the aquarella series from Solotica

If you already have lighter eyes I'd go with the ambar or Mel
