I sympathize with all stroke sufferers because a stroke actually destroys your life and kinda renders you incapable of doing even the simplest things, had stroke in 2021 and till date can't see from my right eye and also having peripheral visual issues on the left also paralyzed on the left side
And it pains me so much that it destroyed a family I thought I was building because my girlfriend moved out of the apartment we shared taking our only daughter with her then telling our mutual friends that I am irresponsible and went ahead to move forward with another man, like how was I supposed to do the things I did before in my current situation without a job/vision. Some people are fortunate to get well again in a short time but those of us less fortunate it actually ruins your life and all the advice I can give to everyone out there reading this and still healthy is to be grateful to God for his mercies and please take good care of yourself while going for constant medical checks because this is a place you don't ever wanna be at,
    Have a blessed day ahead

So sorry all what you had gone thru, it's been almost 4 months now dealing with many issues with my eye sight in right eye seeing everything in light yellow tint, waviness, spinning circles, white flashes in daytime, shadows at night making things wider then they are, magnifying vision which looks like I am seeing thru a magnifying glass as I look at things, it has been told to me that I have retena edema lesion somewhere but I refuse to get any surgery done or even shots in the eye, I only pray my sight comes back one day, I will include you in my prays as well, God bless 🙏

In America a stroke is nothing and treated like a wart is. As a stroke survivor there is no such thing as a full recovery after 5 months of therapy and being told how I would recover. Right arm has movement but is still numb and very weak. Mental issues, and tired. Now I am getting the same symptoms prior to the stroke I had. Doctors just look at me and tell me go here and go there and I can't.

OMG, I have found my specific stroke video. I was fifty and I had two occipital lobe strokes. I have permanent damage and my brain can’t see anything on my right side. I also am not steady anymore and am nearly falling, or falling often. Reading is difficult if the fonts are fancy, or if there are some closed captions come up in a show or movie. The hardest thing is going from my environment to a store. It feels as though my vision is worse, and I become very dizzy. So dizzy I feel like I’ll fall down. It’s also worth mentioning that when I say I have had two strokes people look at me like I’m crazy because I’m not paralyzed on one side. I’m also like a sideshows my hospital because I have been told this is a very rare type of stroke. I haven’t been able to research this hardly at all. This really sucks!

I’m 40 days into a stroke but I don’t know what happened I’m luckier than most I can walk I can talk I can think I’ve got terrible double vision which is corrected with a prism lens and I’ve got some balance issues certainly which I’m getting through but I’m working very hard at it several hours, a day, exercise, etc. I hope you’re doing better

I am so glad that someone has the same description as I do on not being able to see on my right peripheral. I constantly run into everything on that side. My girlfriend doesn't understand how I can forget that I keep running into the same thing. I try to tell her that not only can I not see my brain tells my body there was nothing there to begin with. I had a 5cm bleed in my left occipital lobe and see what look like flashing stars on my right side. This happened when I was 39 in 2014. I also had to be given medication after a few months because my brain would see things that were not there and also here voices coming from different sources and there was no convincing me otherwise. This was a very frightening time in my life but the hallucinations and audible sounds have stopped since the medication. If anyone else is going thru the same after effects and needs someone to speak with or have questions you can let me know with a comment.

I don't even know what to say about my own situation,I can read properly but if I cover the left eye then I automatically get blind, I hope and pray every day that I over come this terrible situation because I can't imagine how to live my life without seeing then I can't work and this is something I don't pray for especially without a family, lord Jesus please help me

DId anyone pick up on resolution of the problems. The last man seemed to say that looking left to right while maintaining eye contact with a focal point in front of you would help.
