    This is a very neat way to do dumbbells. When I was younger we had a metal pole with both ends plunged into two paint cans of cement. Easy peasy.

    2:55 just put water or sand in the bottle. It's much cost efficient and effective because you can adjust the weight of your preference.
    10:03 just hold on a stabble surface like table or wall instead of getting into mess with that idea.

      I use sand and water in all my home made equipment. I use 10ltr 15ltr and 25ltr containers. Some full, others not. works for me

    you will not remove the pcv on the dumbell plates so it will have a protector ang it will help to decrease the cement from chipping off but great one dude keep it up
