    Back pain for sure is a thing during fasting. A lot of talk about it in religious circles which practise fasting. I'm not sure what causes it but my quess is that the pressure drop in the cerebrospinal fluid due to fasting could be the reason or at least play a part in it.
    Also, I think you should really do that bone broth video.

    Today's official weigh in on day 17 is 142lbs! Jodi teaches us about preparation before during and after the fast. Jodi teaches us about refeeding syndrome and the do's and don't that pertain to it. Jodi almost blacked out at a WAL event with Devon caused by the Caesars super buffet. They loaded Jodi into the wheelchair Devon checked in with Jodi then went back to the buffet❤.

    People who have been deprived of food for a long time ( prisoners released from the death camps WW2) can and did die from kindness when given the wrong food, chocolate for instance. Broth is a good food.

    With all due respect I think you might be over diagnosing/treating yourself (although it does make for more interesting videos). I think it would be interesting if you followed up this fast with a shorter fast with *only* water & salt. Like a 5 day fast with just water & salt as an experiment to see how you feel different.

    The best thing to do is to go vegan. Once you start eating animal products again, all of your issues will reemerge. Going vegan cursed all of my digestive issues and many other health issues. 70% of what I eat are fruits and greens as a smoothie. The results are life-changing.

      But you lose strength , so need a bit of both (balanced diet).Humans are omnivores and it's only bad if you eat too much of processed meat.

      @@HulkSmashB Not true. While "junk food vegan's" do exist, you can get all the amino acids you need from a whole food plant based diet. There is absolutely no reason for you to lose strength on a plant based diet unless you are only eating processed food. We are omnivores and you can live to be a centenarian eating a little bit of animal protein but its not necessary. Processed meat is a class 1 carcinogen. You shouldn't eat any of it.
