From watching this vid it seems really inconsistent, are you just prepped to shortcut the panflute when her appearance changes? Also such good methods for getting sanity back during fights !!!! Very impressed :)
Thanks. I'm not sure about this anymore because I think it was changed. But now, I think if we kill the last lavae, Dragonfly should enrage. If we don't, she returns to the pools to summon more. In later rounds, she will enrage after the last lavae dies whether we killed the lavae or not. If nothing changed, then whether df enrages or returns to the pools after the last lavae dies is kinda random. Yes, I keep the panflute in an easy shortcut for me in this fight.

Not related to the playthrough, but how do you get the fancy loading screens? the one with wortox and warly? do they come with skins? I always get the same default spiral-y ones
@@helicalpuma btw your maxwell walkthroughs helped me a lot . I only played single player until recently so DST seemed daunting with all the new stuff and slightly different mechanics. You're like a less hardcore joeshmocoolstuff but in a good imitable kind of way. 👍 Are you planning on making more videos after the walter playthrough?
Killing a boss on xbox one is not easy :D sometimes I get hit because of auto target :p and about the stash and the deers... Everytime on day 3 or 4, i find them '-'

Why IceStaff if you have your ice pellets? They are actually stronger, they freeze most mobs in 1 hit.
They take longer to hit. Ice staff is almost instant, but ice pellets would take 1 second. He also just wanted to slow down DF not freeze DF.

Amazing, I can't fight bosses with walter myself, unless I have a lot of sanity food
almost all of those non-flying boss cant reach walter while he's standing on boat. You just need a-lot-of marble bullet tho

I think it would affect the kiting pattern, but I'm not sure. A group of players would usually just tank DF.

You have to weave them. Just go to skin section from main menu, and the bottom one has loading screens.
Weave them in the vignette section. They don't cost that much. I get all the ones from the animated shorts. They are my favorite.

Ice bullets are better than ice staff and he has slow down rounds
