I live right near upper Darby. With in walking distance. Upper darby has a bit of a bad reputation of but it's not that bad, most of all compared to other parts of Philly and L.A.
Ok so I live in Upper Darby, and its not exactly Beverly Hills or Manhattan but its certainly a world away from New Orleans, New Orleans is in pretty bad shape. Upper Darby has 80,000 people and is the most densely populated town in Pennsylvania. Granted its not as nice as it was 10 years ago before crime started increasing because of cheap section 8 housing available in the worst parts of town for people from West Philly who have an affinity for committing crime.
I live in Upper Darby right by The Tower Theater. First of all, The Sheraton is not in Upper Darby. It's like twenty minutes away at least. The airport is not in Upper Darby. Upper Darby itself is nowhere near as bad as he says. It doesn't have the greatest reputation, and it is not as nice as it used to be, but I actually like it here.
