@@ChloePhillips_SWI am also a Slimming world member, funny enough I went into Iceland yesterday and try to buy what you showed I could not get everything but you showed, me some items that I never thought I could have.
My problem is chocolate, I start of good then as the week goes on I get worse, I keep trying to eat fruit, but it does not stop my cravings, so I end up I lose a bit then put it all on, I will keep watching you and hope I can get past this, I will follow your tips, Thank You.

Also that aldi cleansing balm is a dupe or the Emma Hardie cleansing balm, I'm a die hard fan of elemis and the aldi one didn't cut it in my opinion! Xx

Welcome back beautiful ❤️ So glad you're going to do about your anxiety and toilet fears I've gone through anxiety since 2013 I'm having CBT at the moment but so much better to hear and have advice from someone that actually knows how living with it works for you x
