Godzilla 1954 was the reason I bought the Wii version. Heisei Godzilla was and still is my favorite, but I also really wanted to play as the 1954 Godzilla. I remember getting the PS2 version, then realizing that only the Wii version had him, so I begged my parents to get the Wii version (this was when I was younger), even though I hated the Wii (I don't like motion controls. Wtf was wrong with just sitting on the couch and playing with a controller in your hand). When I finally got it on my birthday, I opened the game as fast as I could, mashed the buttons hoping to skip the logos, typing in the code to unlock everything, and... he wasn't in story mode or training. Wow... thanks a lot, Simon (*rolls eyes*). Godzilla 1954 and Heisei Godzilla are my favorite characters in the game.

I love both of the alternate Godzillas, 90s and 54. 54 was my fav mainly because the war and it looks kinda terrifying but they weren't in Story Mode, no music which makes the battles kinda awkward (Just saying especially for 54 they could have just given him the original soundtrack), they have the same move set. But one thing I hate is that the roar u can do mid battle for the 90s Godzilla is a full on roar but I don't really like the roars of the 90s Godzilla. But the 54 had some of my most favorite roars especially the roar they use for the intro, but his roar is just a standard growl, that I don't even think that the 1954 Godzilla ever used the war. So to hear one of my most favorite roars from a Godzilla monster, I could only do it in the intro and when I win. I like him but it's a little thing that I hate
Yeah, the majority of roars for G1954 bothered me; he was one of the first monsters I edited when I learned to sound hack. Still, I have a blast playing as him!

Godzilla 1954 Backstory: 1954, Godzilla was in a time loop that rendered him to be killed over and over again by the hands of the oxygen destroyer. all seemed bleak. then, when Spacegodzilla broke free, the force broke the cycle and 1954 ended up after 2000 had started to destroy all of humanity. H e was soon met in an unkind manner when Obsidius, Krystalak, Redmoon, And Gyaos attacked 1954 for food. his response was giving them a Showa smackdown. Soon he fought other kinds of creatures like Kaiju, Alien, Mutant, Abominations, Monsters, and Bio Weapons. 2000 felt his presence after a while and fought him. needless to say, 2000 was slained and 1954 absorbed the power surges and shot them into space where it could do no harm anymore. 1954 then felt a change of heart. as Mothra, Anguirus, King Kong, Gamera, The Zone fighters gave him a moment of honor, he was declared the true king. no more will he be just smashing cities, but he's gonna smash cities and protect earth.

In Godzilla 2000, Goji 54 and Goji 99 are separate Godzillas. While the 54 Goji and the Goji from Godzilla vs Megaguirus are the same Godzilla
Godzilla 90s is actually the original Godzilla/Godzilla 1954 bring back from time from 1944 from a godzillasaurs. It's exspained in 1991 "Godzilla vs. King ghirdorah"
In that continuity, I'm pretty sure he's second though

Other than the color, is 54 different than 90's? Like is there a height difference, or any difference in moves or anything?
I *think* they only differ with one move, G1954 performs an overhead tail attack, while G1990s performs a sideways tail attack. Otherwise, they're pretty much identical.

im a little confused about the video game timeline. like some anime's shaped up to the monster planet, the NES/SNES series did link up to the atari trilogy, but no indication of the namco bandai series. i mean, ste had super x 3 manning kaiju control in osaka crunch and demolition, while in unleashed the atragon was formidiable, then in the generations trilogy that led to generations 3, VS, shadows of evil, M.U.G.E.N, godzilla VS 2 VR, and godzilla IOS trilogy, we see every single kaiju fighting vessel in the games, and maybe some more. another thing is the fact PS4 told the 1954 story, when if in unleashed they should've had 90 and 54 at least be on the aliens side. because we saw ebirah, hedorah, super x 3, zilla, battra, armaggedon, and some monsters you made return from the scrap in reskin in previous games. my theory was that there was a void for either red, spacegodzilla, vortak, planet x, exus, builisaludo, or earth union case in point godzilla eternal linkage, to experiment on. i just dont get the video game storylines. i need your help explanatory wise. what is the video game era?
Is Godzilla 1954 the only monster that can continuously use atomic breath like in the first fight with Orga? Or can other monsters also do this?
