I mean he pretty much ascended from Henchmen to what is generally the most badass role in arching: The Dragon. The bad guy's #2. The Emperor's Lord Vader.

Why did the Monarch order them to destroy the Cocoon? He assumed he would never escape prison? It almost smells like the writer's had another idea of where to go with him, and then changed their minds. "Nah, screw it, just give him another Cocoon."
It’s crazy they offhandedly mention most of the monarch crew working for Monstroso then years later after 24s death a former monarch henchman sees him with Gary and talks to 24. Love how the show maintains its cannon so well

Just now noticing that 21 has both gloves on, but has a 3rd glove hanging out of his mouth as he walks to the car. Also, 24's wings are missing when he pulls up, then suddenly appear when 21 gets in the car. 21's wings are also missing when he is "fully suited up" in his room, then appear when he walks outside, but he was still getting dressed, so that's not necessarily an error.
This would be one of the funniest scenes in the show if the title card appeared at like 2:08, but then Henchman 24 pulls up and it gets even better lol.
They are singing "Mars:the Bringer of War" from Gustav Holst the Planets... I cracked up good the first time I saw this as I am familiar with the piece....
I love how both of them, completely independent of one another, started loudly singing the same song as they prepared to rejoin the Monarch.
