gamingwith rama there’s already a reboot, it’s the new Transformers Netflix series, and fortunately the story writers who wrote in Transformers Prime are the writers for the new War for Cybertron Netflix series
Earthspark comes close in terms of 3D animation quality, but is (obviously) much more exaggerated in some designs to fit a more "cartoon-y" atmosphere. While there are some things that I question in terms of writing like characters, it certainly has some interesting directions and strong points. The GHOST division and Post-War society is something I'm glad they're fleshing out and taking hints from the old IDW comics.

Favorite part of the series? Just watching Megatron walk, he moved with such a dominant gait and I loved every second of it. Best example is right there in the intro as he raises his gun!
Dude radiated big dick energy like a fucking dwarf star of dominance. The sound design is what made it work, each character has weight accurate footsteps, and you could tell by those heavy fucking steps when megatron was walking down the hall.

This series was a cherished part of my childhood. It taught me the struggles of each character and it had influence in my stories. I learned that the good guys don’t always have to win and that’s what gives stories balance.
Arcee taught me that despite how rough people can be they carry burdens of their pasts that are extremely painful to deal with Bumblebee taught me that voice or no voice anyone can find their own way of getting their point across Bulkhead taught me that even the strongest people have their fears Optimus taught me that leadership isn't everything and that respect is earned not given. Smokescreen taught me that I am the key to my own future Ratchet taught me that even if you fail in one way you succeed in another Wheeljack taught me that it doesn't matter how powerful your enemies are. You just need to outwit them. This show was a true masterpiece and one that needs to be watched by any transformers fan

The best transformers show EVER PERIOD. It was mature and not the same as other shows that were more suited for kids. This show is the best, it gives character to each one of the Autobots and even the Decepticons AND NOT JUST MAKES THEM MINDLESS FIGHTING MACHINES as THEY DO IN THE MOVIES. We really did feel the loss of characters in this show and could often relate with them. it was light-hearted as well to not make it too serious. The theme of the show pulled me to it, I was a kid when I first laid eyes on this masterpiece it just gives me soooo much nostalgia, no transformers movie or show could ever do that for me. Nah that verse was shit.. calling all autobots for sequel after sequel.... Tf prime ended the war.. In a far better way.... Megatron understood oppression and thus lost the tase of inflicting it... You have to admit, Prime wasn't your average Transformers show. I mean, they killed off someone in the first episode. And many of the deaths were quite brutal. (Dreadwing, Breakdown, Cliffjumper, etc.)
It’s very evident that the people who worked on this show are very dedicated fans of the source material, and it makes for one of the greatest Transformers series’ of all time.

cuz sometimes it IS overrated, in terms of hype, people hype it up so much that the show cant meet up to the insane standards that some people are given, I LOVE tf prime but I can see other people getting disappointed
lmao cause it is. the characters had no development, the plots made no sense sometimes, the expensive animation meant shitty backgrounds and premature deaths of several characters... I could go on. I grew up with this show and still love it, but I’m not going to overlook it’s shortcomings

Ratchet, Wheeljack, Smokescreen and Ultra Magnus are the characters who have some of the best development and are really great. It may be overrated but it’s still the best Transformers content. The first decepticon
The best transformers show EVER PERIOD. It was mature and not the same as other shows that were more suited for kids. This show is the best, it gives character to each one of the Autobots and even the Decepticons AND NOT JUST MAKES THEM MINDLESS FIGHTING MACHINES as THEY DO IN THE MOVIES. We really did feel the loss of characters in this show and could often relate with them. it was light-hearted as well to not make it too serious. The theme of the show pulled me to it, I was a kid when I first laid eyes on this masterpiece it just gives me soooo much nostalgia, no transformers movie or show could ever do that for me. This show is simply a part of me and my life. Love ya TF PRIME
I love it. TF Prime is my favorite transformers show with G1 in a close second but this version of the theme gives me goosebumbs

They are a fan based animation crew that have put in work over the last few years to develop, and animate these fan made sequels for us, the fans. They have been releasing full scenes from their first film every month, as the finish and smooth the animation. You have to admit, Prime wasn't your average Transformers show. I mean, they killed off someone in the first episode. And many of the deaths were quite brutal. (Dreadwing, Breakdown, Cliffjumper, etc.)
And because it was trying to be Transformers rather than being for money it did really well
Prime was definitely a legacy series, and it was awesome

Charlie Young the only problem was how stupid the characters could be at times.
It’s very evident that the people who worked on this show are very dedicated fans of the source material, and it makes for one of the greatest Transformers series’ of all time.

Anyone else confused where the sudden train of people saying “prime is overrated” came from? Like there are people who even say it sucks in the transformers community
cuz sometimes it IS overrated, in terms of hype, people hype it up so much that the show cant meet up to the insane standards that some people are given, I LOVE tf prime but I can see other people getting disappointed
lmao cause it is. the characters had no development, the plots made no sense sometimes, the expensive animation meant shitty backgrounds and premature deaths of several characters... I could go on. I grew up with this show and still love it, but I’m not going to overlook it’s shortcomings

Ratchet, Wheeljack, Smokescreen and Ultra Magnus are the characters who have some of the best development and are really great. It may be overrated but it’s still the best Transformers content. The stories are sometimes really bad but then there are stories like the last few episodes of the show that are really great. So unfortunately, you are incorrect

Considering the love this show gets, its also one of the most hated Transformer shows, mainly because it was DIFFERENT, and not aimed at G1 fans. I see people complaining that Megatron didnt turn into a gun, and that Optimus had a different design from G1 (which I find far more inferior the the design used in TFP), etc etc.
