I’m again impressed with your dedication to your family business at such a young age! Kudos to you. The tour was great.
Thanks!
@@saskdutchkid What courses did you study in when you went to college? Just curious because you have A LOT of knowledge and the abilities to present them to others in a way to capture our attention and help us understand it. How you remember all this information is WAY beyond me. I've learned SO MUCH from you, you just don't even know. Thank You.
OH , you forgot a very important piece of equipment though ... The Coffee Pot. 😉 rofl 🤣😂
I'm very impressed with how up to date and well maintained your equipment is Jan. Unless a farmer in the States has a couple of gas wells drilled in his back pasture, it would be hard to keep up with the debt load your operation is carrying with such a new fleet of equipment!
Your videos are awesome, keep up the great work. I love watching young men that aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and take pride in their work.
Thanks!
Thanks for the tour! 🚜I just watched the FBN video from the F2F show a few weeks back and you got a mention during the 'Farmers Who UA-cam' panel discussion. Your videos are awesome, your channel has had some excellent growth!👍
Could you send me a link to that video?
Here it is. It's in the intro when the woman from UA-cam is speaking. ua-cam.com/video/E9lHlgG4UrQ/v-deo.html
@@saskdutchkid at about 9:28 in the FBN video
Glad to see you have a lot of New Holland equipment - true to your name. After many owners around the world, they are now controlled by a company in the Netherlands (they started in New Holland, Pennsylvania, of all places). I thought it was owned by Ford, but they sold in 1991.
Nice equipment you have out there. In comparison to our vegetable and chicken farm, both eggs and meat birds,in the Philippines here is our list: Ford tractor that has so many other tractor parts we call it a hybrid with all the usual attachments. 2 Caribou, Philippine animal, to help keeping the rows clean, a lot of hand tools and a very very large extended family-- there are 12 who help on the farm. But we love it as much as you love it up there on your family farm.
David Bates / I wish you had a channel, I’m sure your farm is beautiful!

I will have one in about six months as I had to get another computer and am trying to get everything up and running on it from the old broken one. Thanks for the compliment on the farm, we live it.
Thanks for the equipment tour its always fun to see what it takes to keep a farm running. Nice to see you are being noticed as you grow, Ariat makes great products and their marketing team was smart to reach out to promote them.
Seems like you have a dedicated tractor for each job. I have one tractor for many implements, but for a large farm it seems each job is so specialized you need a specific tractor for each one. Thanks for the tour!
OMG Yan my boy, when i was a kid on the farm we did everything with two MF135's and a MF 780 combine, a small bale baler, a 3 furrow plough i set of gang roller's and a set of chain harrows, but it was fun for a 12 year old lol
You have a lot of nice equipment and I'm glad to see you have lots of storage to keep the equipment out of the harsh weather.
Similar to your dairy barn setup, everything is thought out and looks well cared for. Your family is running a tight ship. The attention to detail shows in the cleanliness of the equipment prior to storage. Keep up the videos, your channel will only grow from here!
Thank you!
Cool equipment tour . Like the combine quite the piece of equipment.
Thanks!
@@saskdutchkid where is that ranch and worked in some of Wisconsin i love working with cows
samisolis solis Dairy operation is SW of Saskatoon Saskatchewan
Awesome tour Jan, I’m glad to see that square bailer and I can’t wait for bailing season. I hope you make lots of content covering the whole bailing process, especially any square bailing!
I'll keep that in mind for this summer! Thanks for always tuning in!
SaskDutch Kid / I love everything you do, it’s a three way tie for my number one UA-cam content provider! 1. saskdutchkid 2. Cole the cornstar 3. Andrew Camarata. Stay safe and keep warm!!
Like your videos, concise and direct to the point, I love the drown footage f all your videos and the choice of music as well, you and your family have an amazing farm seems very well managed and clean. its hard for me to wrap my head around how much money is involved in your operation and its amazing that farms can even profit, but I know farmers are not always in it for the money, farming IMHO is something thats either in your blood or its not, well done, I really admire you young man and your family
Nice line of equipment love them case
great to see all of the material you use to run your farm!! I like to compare it to our farms here in Belgium and France! small detail, you forgot to mention the yamaha grizzly ;) kind regards from a belgian fan :)
Holy Smoke! All this equipment for my glass of milk. Thank You
Mark McKinley hahahahahahaha who knew

OMG, I had no idea how much equipment you needed to run a 'Dairy Farm'. Thank you soooo much for sharing and widening my views. Stay safe.
Your farm has a lot of CNH machines! My Aunties farm operates basically only new Holland machines. But they have 1,000 less acres than you. They also have lots of cows and arable. They use a CX5.90 a upgrade from the older CX5090.
Wow a massive lot of machinery
I find your videos interesting being a farmer myself and used to do custom farming
Great tour young man, thanks!
Nice video Jan, we don't have so much equipment here we have many customworkers in the netherlands.
You do have alot of equipment.... some of those look cool as heck too.... and love those boots, very cool looking... just might have to get me some... Thanks for this video it's great to see all the machinery you have and so cool to watch how each one works.
Very good video of all your equipment,,,, a lot of money tied up in machinery,,, you must have a impressive property,,, thankyou from Australia,,,,
A tour of the toy shops ….. awesome !!
Your operating is LARGE!. If Cole the Cornstar was there, he's be power washing all your tractors, etc! Now I gotta look up what a Canadian gallon is. :) Great job Jan!
He's welcome to come and help with that!!! Thanks!
I worked with a New Holland Haybine in Manitoba. I liked that.
Thanks for the tour, that's a lot of of equipment to remember details on a keep straight. Nice job
I have only seen 2 pull behind New Holland bale pickers but i have seen alot of self propelled ones
Nice collection of toys! You could lease out your excess equipment capacity. Hey I love the epic music following your tractors through the fields! Blessings Jan!
Nice video and very good equipment especially the wheel loader. These are machines you dont want to miss. Its not comparabable with a loader on a tractor
Greets from germany
Love that blue power
Hi Jan! Hey, thanks for the equipment tour! You guys sure do have a lot of equipment! Cool to see you do your own equipment repairs. Crazy seeing the big Versatile split in half like that. Do you work on the machines Jan? Would be interesting to see some of the repairs in a video. Thanks again for the tour...... Have a great day!
I don't do any of the equipment repairs haha I just walked in there and it was split in half.. The dairy side of the farm keeps me bussy enough!
nice wheelloders and case
Great work, Dutchy! Incredibly impressive operation. The ratio of nearly 10% of views to subs within about 3 hours of posting indicates very loyal subscribers. Check your ratio after 24 hours; if it approaches 30% expect lots more merch offers. People like you!
Great video bud. Love the drone shots. Cant wait tp see some vids of your equipment in action
amazing videos. keep them coming. your work ethic is second to none i look forward to each new . thank you
Really nice equipment, the most expensive thing during plant or harvest is time and you need gear you can rely on.
We absolutely agree with you!!
Good tour Jan. It makes my day when I see you have posted a new video!
Aloha I'm in Hawaii and really enjoy your videos. Thank you so much for the entertainment.
Where can someone sent something to you? Great video thanks for sharing.
I like the DB colors on the Case.
Wow you do have equiptment. Great to look at. Thanks
Just subscribed the other day and very impressed with your family operation. I was wondering what do you do with all the manure? It in itself much be worth a small fortune as bags of manure in the big box stores were mostly out this spring.
Excellent job!
Filming, Editing Presentation, & Content is always TOP NOTCH. A QUESTION from a city person, PLease...just so that I can progress to the next lesson from Professor Jan... What you called a "DRILL" I assume is a 'planter; and the tank that carries the seed & fertilizer forces both through the yellow tubing by "air pressure" down to the planting discs. ..am I correct??? . Also glad to see that a compy .. Ariat... has stepped up and supported your efforts and rewarding your skills . 🚜 🚜 🚜 X 5 '
You got it right there! thanks for always tuning in!
@@saskdutchkid Thanks. Just learning from a very good teacher. If I were 60 years younger and a few more lessons, I think I could be a good Farm Hand
Nice video. Love all of the equipment. Takes alot of equipment to run a farm as you all do. Nice boots!
Nice group of equipment and it shows that you y'all take good care of it.
Enjoyable update on your toys. As always I like to see what you have and what your doing so I liked this one. Keep up the good work.
Great video and thanks for the tour, what brand of bib overalls do you usually wear on the form to protect your clothing?
NICE BADASS FORD TRUCK !!! The other Equipment is cool too but ....
Great videos too !
I think you need a little Fendt green on the farm.
I really like how you keep most of your equipment out of the wether.
Many other farms you look and wonder, don't you have any sheds for the expensive equipment?
no.
All good! Thanks for sharing
Nice tour, some interesting kit.👍
Hi Jan. Did you say you raised peas? What are they used for? Seems a strange crop for a dairy farm.
They raise peas and they sell into food industry like mostly will go bakery and food
Hello from a fellow dairy farmer from Maine awesome video
Hi jan great job every equipment is advanced compared to Indian agricultural sector doing awesome.
Great tour Jan! Thanks for doing that. How many people does it take to run your farm? Does it vary depending on the season?
Loved the tour. Nice equipment.
Just subscribed to your channel watched a few of your videos have really enjoyed them am not a farmer but find it really interesting. Thank you!
It was great thanks for the tour young farmer❤️👍
Holy mackerel! How many people work on your farm?! All that equipment! The cost of it all must be phenomenal!
Jan, thanks as always for another great video. I admire the dairy life from afar. Your videos raise my awareness and appreciation for what it takes to get my 1% milk to my fridge, and other milk-based products. :) Just wondering. . .do you have a story to tell about the milk after the milking parlor? Is it pasteurized on site, or immediately transferred to another business, etc. etc.? Would be curious to know that angle too. Love your channel!
Awesome!
Hi from the Philippines. With all those equipment, do you still make profit? Great videos you made.
Good explanation and description for every item. Jan, there is a future for you in public relations.
I'm from India
Your videos really awesome
Keep rocking ♥️
So happy for this
Well done ! Very good explanations, thx a lot
Huge fan man from ny
Farmer your Flyovers are great 👍❤️
You are such a big treat to pop up on my computer just asI log in. I am impressed! You do a superb job farming and videography. Thank you for such an informative video. Are you one of the mechanics who care for all those machines? I noticed the manure pump was a bright color; it was much darker in the video ;). It cleaned up nicely. You didn't say anything about that cool RV. I was surprised to see it outside in the winter: I wasn't aware they were winterized so well to be out in the Canadian Prairie now. Super. What do you use to pull it?
Great video as usual Jan.
Dam nice holland
Lot nice equipment
awesome video you have some nice equipment
Awsome video!!!
Nice machines but why you don't Clean the muck spreader before put it inside?
oh man I wish I could work in your farm in the summer
No overheating issues with the macdon? We kept having it overheat probably every hour or so. Then we switched to a 2018 macdon and love it so far!
No issues like that on ours! Cuts like a dream!
Nice equipment tour great footage
Wowzer that’s a lot of equipment .. your insurance guys must like you guys 😜😜. How many employees do you have there
How old is that New Holland baler at the end of the video? It looks just like the one we had back it the 80's.
Jan -- in my opinion you should rename your UA-cam channel "Sask Dutchman" you ain't no kid!
Is that a pickup header on the combine?
I'm very curious but what tractor did you use to pull that big manure tanker with before the MX?
On your Mac Don haybine are the rollers steel or rubber. And do they run a single or double knife.
Классно рассказываешь
Очень интересно,жалко языка незнаю
Nice
Hey dude I love your videos I would have a suggestion, you could do some t-shirt or hoodie I would love to support you even if it’s super expensive and I’m sure a lot of people would love to wear them when they work at the farm. Lot of love from Quebec🐄🌽
How many hours on the magnum?
Greetings from Aruba🇦🇼🌴
Lots of equipment.
Why do you want long straw? We cut it short on purpose because it soaks much better.
Long straw as a pose to dust
Or may a better way is to say conventional is bettwr at consistant length straw
We run a nh cr990 twin rotor because of is ability to thresh the straw to chaff
We've tried to run straw oncw but it'll still turn half the straw to chaff unless you open it up and and sacrifice grain
I’m 16 and I want to be a farmer. And I’m looking for tips to start. I will have a job to sport the farm. I do live in the country and I help a older farmer with about 40 acres of hay and I now what I’m getting in but it a dream of mine.
Nice video keep up the great work
where do you farm at?
Your parents have nothing to fear the farm is in very capable hands between your sisters and yourself,
Looks like a tractor needs a new clutch you won’t believe how much tractors we have need a new clutch
