Ya know since it is so easy to take a video now days, If I was still working full time as a mechanic I would take a quick video showing the problem that I found, a quick shot of the repair or if you got deep into something a shot of it all apart then a test drive video where you can give a verbal rundown of what you did and how the test drive is going. I’m sure we have all run up against that type of customer that thinks they know everything about cars who tries to tell you you did everything wrong and you screwed something up and that something always ends up being a problem that the car was not even in there for it had nothing to do with your repair. For a small shop owner like yourself you could sit down with the customer and show them the video as documented proof of what you did to their vehicle. Now the customer of the car you just worked on were to come back and say the Tachometer is not working right now you can let them see what you saw after replacing the sensors. Just throwing that out there. 👍🏼😁
