really interesting to see the differences between here in the uk and you guys in the states, i'm an engineer for cnc machining centres , noticed you guys use veka profile, big name here in the uk also!
What profile series you use? I know about 80 series, 75 series, 60 series and a European series. Love the double glazed glass. The desiccant keep in the warm and keep out the cold.❤❤. Love this work. Love cutting on the Double head saw also, fitting up and fabricating.

is there something inside de window frame to stop noise from outside? Like a foam?
I would like to have seen a crosscut of the window frames. Plus, I would like to see if you use just two pieces of glass sandwiched together with a vinal sheet in between or used a third piece of glass for insulation purposes.
Hi David - Our window units are comprised of two layers of glass separated by a spacer and the gap is filled with argon gas for insulation. Hope that helps

Hi Shane - Thanks for reaching out. We do not recommend building an operating casement window at that size.
So what glass is on the outside? The one pain or the huricane impact glass?
Hi David - Our standard glass is not hurricane impact glass. It is Low-E 270 with Argon. Hope that helps!
@@CVPWindowsDoors Can one purchase huricane / impact windows that don't have that easy to break glass on the outside? I get the low -E, but it seems counter productive to have a sheet of easily breakable glass on the outside of an impact resistint window. What's your thought?

Hi Franklin - Thanks for your question. Different manufacturers use different frame profiles and hardware. Unfortunately, we are not able to custom-make frames for sashes from another manufacturer due to incompatibility.
