RIP Great One 🙏🎼♥️
Not true. Randy desperately wanted to leave after Sharon got involved and fired Bob and Lee. They told him to stay which cost him life, just before he died Ozzy punched him in the face. Rose tinted glasses.
@@actresstobe Randy desperately wanted out by this point, yes. Ozzy had punched Randy full on in the face. He was a gentle soul so it was probably a shock, Ozzy was drinking heavily too. It goes without saying the physical fights and instablity between Sharon and Ozzy must've been hard on him too....
No he could not wait to get out of his contract,he made less than 300$ a week and not given any royalties till his mother sued ozzy after he died.Dio did the same to Vivian Cambel.
How did I just find this?! Love Randy, like alot of people he was my main inspiration to learn the guitar. He will ALWAYS be missed but also ALWAYS remembered!
Randy will be my favorite guitarist forever. His phrasing, technique, and ability is incredible. His sound is unique plus he can chug with the best guitarists.
Randy will forever be young. I simply lack the vocabulary to adequately put his greatness in perspective. So, I'll say that his talent was so amazing that it was required elsewhere and for a higher purpose. No other musician has moved me like Randy Rhodes has.
Don't know nor I want to know what's to loose a loved one. But this much I can say, the love & affection that Ozzy had and still have for Randy, we see it, We can feel it in his songs. 🎸🎸

Yes still listening in 2024. Heavy metal forever
I'm listening in 2030...they say in 1 year AI takes over.
This video seems to suggest that Randy was also an artist who carried around a sketch book: as an artist myself, that makes him even nearer and dearer to my heart. RIP Randy Rhodes, one of the greatest rock-n-roll guitarists of all time. Thank you OZZY for combining your vocal and song writing genius with Randy and sharing it with the world!
sorry bro Ozzy wrote none of this ..you owe your props to Mr Bob Daisley...bass player ion the first 2 albums,,,yeah rudy toured but wrote nothing
@@jestermindcrime1773 Yet another revelation. It seems that so many rock-N-roll legends were in reality a product of multiple people behind the scenes, an illusion, or like colorful packaging on a box, but it's never revealed publicly on a large scale, so a lot of people like me just make assumptions about them. Yes, I don't even own a single OZZY album, and I have never done any in-depth research on him, so I don't know about these things until someone like you comes long to educate me.
Lyrics
Oh no... here we go now
Oh no... here we go now
Got a crazy feeling I don't understand
Gotta get away from here
Feelin' like I shoulda kept my feet on the ground
Waitin' for the sun to appear
Momma's gonna worry
I been a bad bad boy
No use sayin' sorry
It's something that I enjoy
'Cause you can't see what my eyes see
(I can see it, I can see it)
And you can't be inside of me,
Flying high again
I can see through mountains; watch me disappear
I can even touch the sky
Swallowing colours of the sound I hear
Am I just a crazy guy? You bet
Momma's gonna worry
I been a bad bad boy
No use sayin' sorry
It's something that I enjoy
If you could be inside my head
You'd see that black and white is red
Flying high again
Flying high again
Flying high again
Flying high again
Come on and join me
Flying high again
Flying high again
Flying high again
Come on and join me
Oh no... here we go now
Oh no... here we go now
Daddy thinks I'm lazy; he don't understand
Never saw inside my head
People think I'm crazy but I'm in demand
Never heard a thing I said
Momma's gonna worry
I been a bad bad boy
No use sayin' sorry
It's something that I enjoy
Flying high again
Flying high again
Flying high again
Flying high again.

RIGHT
I can’t wait! I hope we get so see more Randy Rhoads pro shots!
how about Bob and Lee
Never ever gonna happen
Love this original audio mix with Bob and Lee. No re-recording can ever compare to the original.
Ozzy's first 2 albums take me back to my childhood and are the 2 special albums I love. And of course because of Randy too. Sitting in my room just blasting some Ozzy zoning out to music. 53 yrs old now and hell im still blasting Ozzy. 🤘 Much Love and many blessings and wellness to our beloved Ozzy Osbourne
Noone rocks like OZZY .
Ozzy is king of rock n roll just like elvis presley ❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Randy never got to see how influential a guitarist he was
I feel like this song was my life when I bought this album at 15yrs old.....I felt like it was written for me....I feel so privileged to have existed at that EXACT time
exactly what you said is also true for my life growing up and bought Blizzard in 1980 and changed my entire existence from then until the present moment and I listen to diary of a madman and every morning to start my day and when I do my days are always full inspired imaginative and creative inspiration from the shear positive energy exploding from the first wo Ozz albums.
I am in the belief that this album is recorded and created in the right specific Mhz. and sound waves that fires up the human endorphins in our minds.... I can even touch the sky,y

Same here! Was a amazing album and I know the words to all the songs on the album.. was definitely a influence on my musical interests.
Same... I didn't buy it but rented from my uncle 😂😂😂😂
Such a great album, its sad to think that 2 musicians of this studio album has passed away already,RIP Randy and Lee Kerslake
Some of the greatest guitar riffs I’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing. Ozzy rules forever, RIP Randy
Randy was an untouchable talent. I've never heard guitar sounds like his from anyone else. He just executed some magical shit on that thing. And could only have gotten better had he not been taken so young. Gawd he was FKING AMAZING!!
How ironic he passed in a plane crash and his fret board on his polka dot guitar had plane propellers... gives me chills...He was the only guitarist that was right up there or better than EVH.....what a loss to music!
@@kelliereilly4745 actually...the inlays on the polka dot guitar are bow ties...which he wore in Quiet Riot...
It brings me joy to see Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake credited on this.
And yet they're nowhere in the "video"
@@googoogjoob5174 Because the video is about Randy & Ozzy's friendship.
@@ZiddersRooFurry yet there are pictures of Tommy and Rudy??? Wrong…
Randy Rhoades was not only a incredibly badass iconic guitarist but he was one incredibly beautiful, cool man. I love this creation as well as the " Ozzman". #continue2riprandy😔🙏👑😎🤟🎸🔥♥️.

Right on...awesome album...
You're a beautiful, cool woman

Aw man, I miss those days in the 80s chuggin beer in the park blasting Blizzard of Oz on a loop off a boom box, hangin' out with the metalheads till 2AM. My tribe.
The melodic tapping begins at 2:34 and it never gets old. RIP Randy. 🤘🎸🎼🎵🎵
Randy never gets old, PERIOD!! It's crazy, it's weird..but very true. Something very memorizing about these recordings that you just can't get enough! Almost like it's the first time, every time!! 😆 Can't explain it...I guess we just miss him so much, right Sharon?!? 😋
He died just a few months after turning 25.
RIP Randy🤘🤘 We'll always be blasting your awesome solos.
My God. That was exhilarating. The Best Ozzy lineup ever 🤘🤘
Pity they don't SHOW the lineup. That pic of Tommy Aldridge and Rudy Sarzo is bullshit, you know that, right? Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake were composers and players on this song...
@@jondunmore4268 i was lucky enough to chat with Lee before he passed....great drummer for both albums...before he passed he asked OZZy for copies of the multi-platuimum albums ...OZZY sent them right before he passed....Legend drummer on a legend 2 albums.!...
@@johnc6944 -- That was true -- Sharon gave the platinum albums to Lee, like she was doing a great deed, right before the man's death.... yet she never reimbursed him the royalties owed to him from those albums.
@@jondunmore4268 im sure they could of afforded it..cheesy move.......just watched some of your videos..heck of a keyboard player !!
I had the pleasure of seeing Randy on the Blizzard of Oz tour. I had tickets to see them two days after the plane crash that took Randy! Randy was such an amazing player and a very down to earth guy! And Ozzy still says that Randy was very influential in helping start his solo career!! R.I.P. Randy and thank you for the memorable songs!
Whoever conceived and produced this video deserves the highest praise, not to mention an Oscar!!!! Hadn’t seen this until now and am completely blown away! No cheesiness, just a blistering, full-on rocking tribute to Randy with Ozzy…the one and only time I saw Ozzy was with Randy 20th row center at Alpine Valley, Wisconsin, summer of 1982.
Thank you Ozzy for a fun little video and sharing your love of Randy with the world.
We love both of them
Great tribute to a guitar god to end all guitar gods! Randy was amazing! I'm sure this has him smiling down on us all!!! Very well done indeed!!! Love this song forever!!!
Ozzys voice is so perfect for melodies.
I agree. All the dorks leaned towards Dio, but Ozzy was on another level.
My brother and I cruised many a night in the 80s to this LP. In a 68 Mustang.
Thank you RANDY, BOB DAISLEY, LEE KERSLAKE and Ozzy for the magic you created in those two masterpiece timeless albums
this is basically the best music video ever. wish they'd do all of his greatest songs like such
A well deserved tribute. Although it has been so many, many years since his passing his music is still close to my heart.
And in fairness to other Greats, Edward Van Halen, Hendrix, Gary Moore, John Sykes, Richie Sambora, who have released so much more music; it is still something with his playing that just you feel connected to like no body else. RIP Great One 🙏🎼♥️
Randy is literally the reason I picked up the axe still inspires me to this day what a fucking legend

Congrats to Ozzy for his 2nd induction into the RRHOF. Well deserved!
Thanks for the music Randy, we love you.

Timeless Ozzy classic and a great tribute to a legendary guitarist 🙏🤘🤘🏆
You can tell these guys had a deep platonic love for each other. Just total admiration and respect.
Not true. Randy desperately wanted to leave after Sharon got involved and fired Bob and Lee. They told him to stay which cost him life, just before he died Ozzy punched him in the face. Rose tinted glasses.
@@Mysterywhiteboy78 So they were on bad terms when Randy passed away? That absolutely sucks. The guilt must eat Ozzy.
@@actresstobe Randy desperately wanted out by this point, yes. Ozzy had punched Randy full on in the face. He was a gentle soul so it was probably a shock, Ozzy was drinking heavily too. He was already unhappy about the Sabbath live album after recording two original albums of music and also about Bob and Lee being fired. It goes without saying the physical fights and instablity between Sharon and Ozzy must've been hard on him too....
No he could not wait to get out of his contract,he made less than 300$ a week and not given any royalties till his mother sued ozzy after he died.Dio did the same to Vivian Cambel.
@@adamkorzon2972 so much for Saint Ronnie... lol. People need to hear brutal truths more often
What a awesome tribute to Randy. Well done!
absolutely and well deserved all time A leaguer
When Ozzy dies he should be studied by scientists. How the hell did this dude survive all those drugs??
How did I just find this?! Love Randy, like alot of people he was my main inspiration to learn the guitar. He will ALWAYS be missed but also ALWAYS remembered!
Randy will be my favorite guitarist forever. His phrasing, technique, and ability is incredible. His sound is unique plus he can chug with the best guitarists.
I've written those same words elsewhere. Forty years later and Randy's playing still shines compared to all the new players.
@@brigham2250agreed. I love how Randy triple tracked his parts. They sound so full.
Randy will forever be young.
I simply lack the vocabulary to adequately put his greatness in perspective. So, I'll say that his talent was so amazing that it was required elsewhere and for a higher purpose.
No other musician has moved me like Randy Rhodes has.
You've got the vocab. We get it. Bang on, mate!
