Perhaps the finest metal axe slinger Ozzy had the honor of performing with. The only time I saw Randy live with Ozzy was 9-11-1981, Friday night, at the Sunrise Musical Theatre. My first metal show ever. I was 11 going on 12. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

1981 was a great time for rock and metal. It was a great time to party too. No cellphones, no 24 hour cable news, no constant politics and bombardment of your mind with non sense. Just great music, awesome cars, fantastic clubs and bars and all these greats were still in their prime!

Stuck in the kitchen cooking, two crap songs play. Then I hear the starting guitar to an Ozzy song and I say out loud "Thank God for Ozzy" . I lost my wife to a sudden stroke 3 years ago but an Ozzy song can take me back to when we were new and flying high in our new melding of us. Thank God for Ozzy.

What I truly love about that album is all the little mistakes that are in it. There are a few times where Randy's guitar just completely craps out and I love the way he is able to recover from those little technical errors. Randy for sure would have hated that particular performance that night, but I love it for all it's little errors. @@mikeg.9238 Thats fuckin awesome. I only got to see him once, Retirement Sucks Tour for Ozzmosis at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY. It was epic. Some girls at the show asked me if I was the bassist for Korn who opened for Ozzy that night, before Korn became big time. My 25 year old red-blooded American male instincts told me say "Hell yeah I am" and then try to get laid, but then my brain was able to process they looked underage so the adrenaline dump that hit me from having that realization kept me from being a dumbass. Haha Another funny thing about that show, I was taking a leak at a urinal in one of the big ass restrooms Rupp has and in walks this hot girl, drunk as shit talking on her very early cell phone stumbling around and talking loud as hell. I was all by myself except one dude taking a shit in a stall. Plus, I was drunk as shit myself. So many thoughts raced through my head while she walked in one way then behind me and back out the other way. I just remember I had drank so much beer I couldnt stop pissing to do anything had I wanted to anyway. Ha!

    Lyrics
Oh no... here we go now
Oh no... here we go now
    Got a crazy feeling I don't understand
    Gotta get away from here
Feelin' like I shoulda kept my feet on the ground
Waitin' for the sun to appear
    Momma's gonna worry
I been a bad bad boy
    No use sayin' sorry
    It's something that I enjoy
'Cause you can't see what my eyes see
(I can see it, I can see it)
And you can't be inside of me,
    Flying high again
I can see through mountains; watch me disappear
I can even touch the sky
Swallowing colours of the sound I hear
Am I just a crazy guy? You bet
    Momma's gonna worry
I been a bad bad boy
    No use sayin' sorry
    It's something that I enjoy
If you could be inside my head
You'd see that black and white is red
    Flying high again
    Flying high again
    Flying high again
    Flying high again
    Come on and join me
    Flying high again
    Flying high again
    Flying high again
    Come on and join me
Oh no... here we go now
Oh no... here we go now
Daddy thinks I'm lazy; he don't understand
    Never saw inside my head
People think I'm crazy but I'm in demand
Never heard a thing I said
    Momma's gonna worry
I been a bad bad boy
    No use sayin' sorry
    It's something that I enjoy
