"Shout out to my American friends" lmaoooo. As a blue belt who is coming back from 3 years off due to a hip surgery this playlist is great because I've forgotten so much! I've actually seen you two at Van Isle for a leg lock seminar years ago! Training in North Vancouver now though :)
Fantastic. Starting to transition into No Gi classes more as a blue belt. It's def tough since most of my game has revolved around sleeve-based guard work. The 2 on 1 Grip makes the transition easier since I use a variation of it in the gi.
Really enjoying this series. My coach sent me a link to the playlist, saying that anything on it would be gold, he wasn't wrong. Still got a lot (i.e. everything) to learn, but this is a great aid to that. Thanks.
