Hii, becoming an esthetician and interested in getting my nail tech license as well! The reason why at home/ private suite techs are way better is because they are given full creative control and aren’t rushed into getting as many customers as possible. Big salons are usually family business that don’t employ based on talent and genuine interest in nail art/ technique they may even employ young people who aren’t even licensed to do services and that may be why there’s so many horror stories out there.

no i work in salon suite, its my own room. they should have some in your state! google salon suites, hopefully that helps, most of the time u have to be licensed
How do you know how to schedule such as if someone scheduled and another person did too but a person is already booked how do you know at what time to schedule them for
