The only place I've ever had a choriqueso burger at was actually down where you are from at a place called Big Daddy's Burgers. It was great but I'm sure yours is way better.
All my subscriptions are making burgers today. Yours looks the best Ha
Why do you torture use like that?! Looks delicious
That looks great. I’d drive the three hours to the RGV to eat one of those.
Arnie, you have brought so many memories back to me that I thought I had lost.. my Grandma and Granpa Rubio cooked just liked you did!!! Do you have any family in Leaky or kerville tx??? Cancon that area..That’s where I am from
I have some primas in the Kerville area but thankfully and lucky for them they dont look like me haha 🤣
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees

No manches Arnie! That burger looks delicious! Definitely gonna have make it! Great job viejo!

What’s up with a cabrito video Guisada or in the ground with agave leaves…
Yummy
Nice!
More than a mouthful is too much. Pickles lettuce tomato bacon cheese mustard and Mayo is plenty for me!
Arnie is the Tío we need, but we don't deserve him.
Fries. On the flat top. Ingenious.
Seriously!
You're the best
Looks delicious! One for Arnie, two for Arnie, three for Arnie…lmao

This güero loves me some mexican food and I have to make some choriqueso. I’ve never tried it. Thanks Arnie for having such great products for sale. I recently got a t shirt and some seasonings. Everything is awesome. I will be ordering more !!

What neighborhood hood you vibing outta of homez.
Oooh momma need to make me this.
Killer Comida Carnal 🙌🙌
Not sure if I missed it and he already posted a video on it, but I’d love to see a rib video , my husband keeps saying my ribs aren’t coming out properly and I followed so many different recipes and they’re always coming out dry or tasting like the bone. It’s the only thing I seem to not be able to get right. I tried boiling them first , baking them, frying them, tried it all and it only came out perfect once and I don’t remember what I did 😢😂
I would like to suggest wrapping in aluminum foil, it helps retain the moisture, hope this helps💯
@@LatoyaBanks-444 that’s a great suggestion! Thank you so much! So don’t boil it first just wrap it in aluminum? And then do I take off the aluminum to continue the cooking to give it some colour?
@@Genesis-8, Season it first and add oil or melted butter to prevent the ribs from sticking to the foil then wrap and cook. Bake for one hour and thirty minutes at 375. Then take out of the foil, Bake for another thirty minutes, then sauce the ribs and bake in sauce or if not using sauce skip last step. hope this helps,🤗
@@LatoyaBanks-444that sounds really good, I’m going to follow that step by step and let you know how it goes! Thank you so much, I appreciate it.🙏🏼
@@Genesis-8, Good luck, you got this, Blessings 🤗
Been considering a RecTeq smoker grill. Maybe a patio legend 410. Arnie's griddle could host one mean breakfast I bet.😊
Which chorizo brand is best? I bought some from a supermarket recently and it was so watery/oily. Basically turned into a mush with zero texture.
Chorizo is so darn good, but the salivary glands are a big turn off for me. What is the best brand that does not have salivary glands and lymph nodes??
@@lydiamlopez86 I’ve only ever had Cacique chorizo and it basically just turned into an oil mush. I’ve had chorizo from taco trucks and it’s totally different.
@@LDCA9999 save your disappointment
Chorizo not really hard to make yourself
I'll go online and find a good recipe to make my own chorizo at home. I'm just trying to see if there's a good brand store-bought chorizo@@LDCA9999
@leonward try this one, you wont be dissapointed, .www.chorizodesanmanuel.com/
ITS OAXACA CHEESE, i dont remember him ever saying which cheese went into the choriqueso, now i know for sure.
I knew I shouldn't have watched this before lunch. It gave me the tummy grumbles. That's all my favorite things wrapped into one. You should try licensing this idea to Whataburger 😁
I view fat more as the perfect way to extract flavour from spices as i tend to use a crud load of them!
Also been learning a lot about Indian cuisines and they're all diverse but one common link i've seen a lot is starting with hot oil, then throw the spices in there.
Let the oils extract and then start your real cooking. Its an INCREDIBLE technique!!
I gotta try this at my next burger event. It's good to know it's already Arnie Approved before I try it.
Looks awesome, I know you slipped some jalapeños in there off camera, I know it!
I may get crazy and put a soft fried egg on one!
That’s edible pornography! Holy Toledo!
Looks really good, but I'm the opposite of you. I like two thinner patties, I feel like you get more surface area for that char and grill/charcoal flavor per bite. But I really need to try that choriqueso!
Hey man! I just stumbled on your channel the other day and have been binge watching. I have to say, I'm loving what I've seen, and my wife has a list of things for me to make already. I've heard you say that with chilis you never know what you're going to get, but I heard somewhere that you can tell the heat level by the curl in the stem. The curlier the hotter. I don't know if it's 100% true, but thought I'd mention it in case you had an opinion or knew for sure. Love the food and your presentation! Rock on man!
Brother u should have done pickled jalapenos instead of pickles
So funny thing you bring up another Choriqueso video. I've been dating a woman for over a month and a few weeks ago I made choriqueso for the both of us for dinner and I of course had to teach her how to eat it. Long story short we had leftovers and I took half home and I used a little bit of that half on the last black bean burger I had left, and it was great on a burger
Just learned what "Choriqueso" is and now i am annoyed this wasn't introduced into my life earlier!
Mercy me this is amazing looking and your salsa videos always make me crave salsa and chips so bad lol
Artie, where can I pick up your seasonings here in the valley???
Where’s the jalapeños !!!!
@@jonpaulr7837 on the kids burger
@@grantsmith505 🤣🤣🤣
Keep in mind this is Mexican chorizo.
It is distinct and different from other types of chorizo even in Mexico.
Another great looking burger! Mm-mmmm!!!
What a Good idea and Hello from Corpus Christi
Brother, you blow my mind with every video.
Damm, Diabetes waiting to happen!!!!
