All the physical tools, great court vision particularly at his size and position, high level of athleticism. Questions abound about the mental aspect of his game and when you're talking NBA just having the physical side absolutely won't cut it. I hope the kid gets it together, but he needs to take full accountability both for himself and publicly. Last chance really at his age and going into UFA status.

Shooting in an empty gym is not "working on your jump shot." If you want to develop a real jump-shooting game, then you need to run drills that get you moving and shooting at different distances regularly. You also should run shooting exercises where someone is actually guarding you. Lastly, there are a lot of balance, strength, and conditioning exercises that can improve form and consistency. Putting up shots in a gym aint it.
