The thing people don’t realise about this guy, he’s probably the most talented runner ever to do the sport. He had a faster 5k time then Mo Farah at the same age. He’s improved his swim massively over the years, props to him.
I love his mindset! Even if someone kicks him during swimming, or if someone gets a little too aggressive, he shrugs it off and just says two words [to himself]: “What’s next?” 😊
