And he wasn't easy to deal with. (In the first parry event during the Irodori Festival it was quite hard to beat him under 75 seconds)

In Genshin tho according to legend, Seelie are the remnants of a bygone race that once held beautiful forms and immense wisdom and used it to guide mankind; travelling alongside them and teaching them languages and "philosophies of nature". They had palaces outside the realm the gods currently hold authority over where they had the full control.

@@ThatOneGanyuMain Sadly i dont. I know that Drunkard's tale (III) should be the first encounter with Seelies in a book but i have read most of what i know of them from the wiki as i don't sadly have the time to read every book in the game (anymore).
At the risk of sounding a bit too dramatic, your channel has genuinely been such a comfort place for me throughout several big life changes this past year or so. 21:24 fun fact. nilou character is heavily inspired by iranian/persian culture. the dances she performs in game/cutscenes all traditional persian dances. theres vids comparing them side by side to real life performances and its soo gorgeous. nilou is short for niloufar which means blue lotus/water lily which you see when she uses her ultimate. i loved her character soo much more seeing how much thought was put into her design 🥺💗
Nahida and Wanderer are doing much better these days. In fact, they have a boss-subordinate relationship. Y'all can guess who's who😉

I like how the Genshin Journey will clarify most of these teasers.
Unfortunately no teaser for Candace because they only do teasers for 5-star characters
And Fischl.
I always love these, unlike the other character related videos that dive into gameplay and such but these dive into the characters themselves, story wise, personality, and other qualities that make them feel like actually character.s And these are only for the five-star characters but some of these did feature four-star characters.
And yeah I knew Nahida's was gonna get yah
Have they reacted to Winter Night's Lazzo yet? Its technically a Genshin teaser.
I think my favourites are definitely: Nahida, Wanderer, Wriothesley and Al Haitham purely because as someone who was majoring in literature etc so his trailer really spoke to me
I wonder if you’d ever watch the animated shorts e.g A winter’s night lazzo, the story prelude and preview, Ayaka and Xiao’s shorts
Or even if you’re going to get round to watching the game cut scenes (unless you plan to play the game in the near future of course)

how about Honkai Star Rail character trailers? (they're like genshin character demos) :D
The demos show the characters appearances, animations etc. And show them as being fun or fun to play, with just a modicum of their stories.
The teasers show their stories and personalities more. You get a glimpse of their hidden side to kind of attract you to that aspect of their character, even if you may not like what the demos showed.
So basically Hoyoverse is attacking from all angles to try to get you interested in these characters lol. And because they can't do a bait and switch or burn you to risk chasing you away, they have to keep up the quality as best they can throughout.
Would definitely recommand "PROGENITOR" if you guys haven't watched it. It's a short Genshin animation by talented ppl who made RWBY so it's packed with amazing action scenes. The characters are from Genshin but it tells a completely different story set in a Cyberpunk universe.
I really liked your reaction! The hour flew by unnoticed! That's just why I didn't understand why you started with a new teaser and went to the old one. And not vice versa from the old to the new. Well, that's okay! It was still very nice to see your reaction, pleasant and kind emotions, as well as reasoning. Now I want the same drink that you drink. But all I have is a jelly made of berries. I highly recommend it. Blackberry, strawberry and pineapple syrup. It's very invigorating.

The archons all have good teasers, my favorite being Nahida’s, as for the others, I like Klee’s for it’s cuteness, Hu Tao’s because she interacts with us, Miko’s because she’s doing her own thing, Dehya’s for the obvious reason, and one that’s not in the video and that’s probably because it’s the most recent, Navia’s

About your question as to whether this game is big in Germany.
If it’s directed towards because the beginning demos and teasers are ones that started in Monstadt, their world’s equivalent of Germany. Remember that the regions are based on real countries.
If it’s directed towards their monetary gain in actual Germany, I would not know. Most of the money they get comes from Asian countries since this is a Chinese game first and foremost. With of course, China being the biggest funders. Western countries don’t have a very high opinion on gacha games, but Genshin still gained popularity.
Ah yes Monstadt being based off of Germany and then having the dialgue in German makes more sense now 🤔🙂

Watching the trailer in reverse order is very interesting because you can pinpoint where the budget and animation has evolved. From storytelling to animation to editing, you can really tell that they are learning.
When I first heard that "found you" from cyno's teaser I was in shock to hear the voice. The VA outdid himself with this one

the doll metaphor in the Wanderers teaser trailer isnt a metaphor, the Wanderer himself isnt human, he is a construct. a prototype of a living puppet created by his mother The Almighty Shogun. and he really was just cast aside when she made a better puppet to replace him.

as and inside joke from Hoyoverse much of the Wanderers character has a running joke based on Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. eg: at the end of his teaser they say "Id sometimes wich id never been born at all" allso he was gifted with the power of Anemo (air) and his in game lore notes end with "anywhere the wind blows". the wanderer used to belong to a group called the Fatui in which his code name was "Scaramouche" and my personal favourite joke: Scaramouche's battle theme is named "Let's Do The Fandango!".

Personally my favorites are Nahidas en Wanderers purely because of the fact how dark those are which you dont see that often. Their stories are so complex it’s ridiculous once you read through them, especially Wanderer (Dude had more than 5 names😭).
Also when he said “how dare you die like this” he was talking about the little boy who told him the story of the ballerina doll. The little boy was very ill, but when the wanderer and the boy found eachother, the boy promised that they would live together forever. When he died, Wanderer acknowledged that fact as a betrayal, since the boy broke his ‘promise’ and left Wanderer alone. This was Wanderers third time he got betrayed, and after that moment his whole involvement with the fatui and the other evil stuff began until some very complex stuff (sumerus main archon quest) happened and he got a redemption arc and turned blue
