Athlon 200ge here, somehow the driver software does magic for me amd radeon software boosts so i can play nfs payback at around 25 fps on high setting at 1366×768, without the software the game lags. Without overclocking.

How is it running on a i3? Minimum recommended on steam says i7
the i7 12gb ram pc is required to run the game on 30fps on low settings. This is ran on the lowest possible settings with only 15 fps. The steam requirements is for a playable performance.
