You got me to want this game and for my birthday a few days ago, I bought it. As I was playing it I remembered Isabella from your play through. WELL SHE DIED FROM THE PLAGUE. She died two days short of her wedding to Bridgette Lloyd, who died two days later. Which then led to 2-3 straight weeks of funerals where the Tailor's wife died, the grumpy old people, the butcher, the doctor, the bee keeper's son, and the mayor all died. This game has drama!!

I had to turn the diseases off temporarily because I was certain my husband wasn't going to recover from smallnpox. I I gave myself a week w/o illness lol
"People in town gossip that it's because my father-in-law was the judge, which is a slander on my bread." This is the line that broke me.

I got this game because of you and i absolutely love it! My character married one of the carpenter brothers and he died of smallpox after thier second daughter was born, so my character went and re-married the new lighthouse keeper so she wouldn't be alone in her old age 😢😂 such a good little game!😂
Edit: Ohmygosh just saw the 1st husband in the *spoiler* area and he said he loved her 😭💔

This game really needs to put an age warning on it for inappropriate and potentially offensive material (which has nothing to do with the youtuber but I thought I should mention it in case any parents are watching). It's not everyone's cup of tea and, despite the excellent implementation of the mechanics and lovely art style, I would not have purchased it had I had any forewarning of that content which was not immediately obvious and didn't become apparent until several hours in. Not recommended for children at all. Buy Okami instead.
For the record, the game is rated "E for everyone 10+"
@@MadMorph it should be rated 18+.m is my point. It's definitely not suited for everyone. No shade on you or anyone else for playing it, play what you want to play, I just think they should increase the rating as it isn't suitable for children and definitely features some content that would be considered highly offensive to certain cultures and religions.
