  • Today I am going to share step by step recipe of healthy and nutritious Panjiri/Panjeeri with kamarkas (flame of forest) specially made in winters and for new mothers post delivery. There are many ways to make it,here is my version of homemade Panjiri recipe.Panjiri is one of the best healthy snacks for elders,children,and new moms.Panjiri with kamarkas provides all the essential nutrients required to gain strength after delivery ,it relieves back pain,bones and body weakness.This super food is prepared with desi ghee,semolina,loaded with nuts,seeds,jaggery and edible gum.
    Ingredients :-
    300 gms. Desi Ghee
    250 gms.semolina
    150 gms.fox nuts (makhane)
    100 gms.Almonds
    100 gms.walnuts
    100 gms.coconut
    100 gms.melon seeds
    100 gms.pistachios
    100 gms.cashew nuts
    100 gms. Raisins
    300 gms.powdered jaggery
    150 gms.edible gum(gond)
    30 gms.kamarkas (flame of forest)
    1tsp dried ginger powder
