I have pluto, jupiter and mars in the 8th. I have a life long theme of betrayal, abandonment, gaslighting. I have become so hesitant making friendships. I have become skeptical. This is really spot on for me and especially this past year when I started dealing with childhood trauma. I’m just learning about Lilith and her placement in my 8th house really makes sense. Lilith is Conjunct Mars in the 8th. It’s explaining so much. I really appreciate your positivity. I have survived many traumas and have been lucky enough to grow tremendously as a result. I refuse to let the pain be for naught.

💕My aspect must be difficult. It shows I have Hades in the 8th house in Aquarius. I don't know what it means but I'm assuming it's a placement where similarly to what you're talking about it's a placement where we're sensitive and can be easily triggered. I know that I could be really triggered in my anger in the past but I've gotten better as I've gotten away from toxic people. I also loved what you said at 16:13 that if I trigger someone or vice versa they still don't have the right to blame, shame, or disrespect me or vice versa. That's so true. I think more people in the world need to learn this knowledge so they'll be less hurt, shame, humiliation, blame, and abuse in this world. Because that's where all the abuse starts...it's when someone is triggered. The worse case scenario happens when you didn't even know that you've triggered someone.💕

Great vid and interesting depth of 8th house I haven't come across. I have Mars in Sagittarius 8th house. I am easy going so people have taken advantage of me on so many occasions. When I first looked into my natal chart I noticed I have moon in Capricorn which explained my subdued nature , the moon can't fully express itself and I felt my Capricorn moon made things difficult for me at times. Now I've seen other aspects as 8th + Saturn in 12th Aries and possibly even Mercury in 7th Scorpio can be a challenge.
I love what you are talking about here, and had a few rounds with my son, who also said, "you can't throw your anger and resentment on me." And my response was, I'm not throwing it ON you. It's just an expression of what our history has been. So let's put that shit on the fence between us and grow roses, but let's be honest about what is going on. So... that is my disagreement with the pluto-libra generation, who think that anyone who expresses their feelings or speaks of how they were affected, is "dumping" on the other. We don't say, oh, don't throw that positive expression onto me. So...it's a way of hiding from uncomfortable feelings..., or don't want to connect dots. (Ahem, I have a packed eighth house). Anyway, I welcome your input b/c I honestly have the eighth house bias of getting to the bottom of someone's needs or operating system in order to avoid hurting them in future...Make sense?
That's a good point about Pluto in Libra people. One of the worst things for us is to feel blamed by others, or be framed as the bad guy. Also what goes with it is sometimes an aversion to own up to our own behaviors, because then that would sometimes be admitting that we're not doing everything right.
There is in some of us (I'm in that subgeneration, too) an almost desperate need to be liked, as the deepest Plutonian pain is in not being liked or likeable. So we are projectors and dumpers ... and super hair-trigger sensitive to even the remote appearance, the suggestion or whiff, of it in others.

so i have the sun and mercury in the 8th house,capricorn.now pluto and saturn are there as well....i'm thinking only me can know what's going on,and only me can grow with it.....lovely.....used to feel terrible...am very happy now did a 180 i believe.thanks for clarification.safety has too much bull attached to it.it is all good....in the big picture ALL is good.
Hi Tom, would you like to make a video one day or speak on Sound Cloud about your experiences with Merlin? I never felt a connection to Merlin, but since I work with the asteroid Merlin, I had some interesting experiences with Merlin, esp. during this Mercury R-Phase, because Mercury stationed and retrograded on my Merlin in Leo. Also my mothers and fathers Pluto conjuncts my Merlin and they were both "magicians" in their own weird way.

sun moon midpoint does not mean much.. We take the planets separately and look at their aspects. always the whole chart has to be looked at.
Thank you so much for your insights. I have my Moon, Venus and Pluto in the 8th house, North node is in Scorpio in the 9th and Uranus in Scorpio in the 9th. I'm 43 and it has been a struggle to balance my 8th house relationships. I've come to a place of understanding and love and forgiveness as to why men leave me. I transform myself and gain some knowledge of my place and their place in my life after every relationship. But it still hurts every time.

you have only one node... and Asteroids dont count. So North Node, Chiron and Part of Fortune are valid even though they are not planets.

I understand. Just know that it's not how it has to be, but there's healing of the past hurts wanting to take place. Remember that all things can be healed ... and that you in fact are already stronger than that pain. Have you seen/played with the grounding meditation linked from my homepage? It can help with getting started, and clearing out others' energies, which may be an issue for a person with such a stellium. On tdjacobs.com, look for the forest trail pic. OR--you're living in several realities at once. That can happen in the 12th. And from the outside, the person looks lost or floating away.
