Yes! More Canadian related videos! I had heard of mules on other Canadian coins that used New Zealand designs by mistake. But I didn't know this one existed though, very good information to know. I see a ton of 1978s here in Canada, most are completely damaged. I'll have to check my dimes even more closely now. Thanks man!

I am going to look at the foreign coins at my LCS because I heard of another error its the 1971 2 pence from the UK and some other years of the pence.
Do you know anything about the 2 pence error let me know what it is if you find something on it
Do most people know of the gov't of the alloy recovery program that all coins made be before the year 2000, are being recalled and melted down and made out of the steel plated coins that do rust after awhile of use so its getting harder to find anything old out there.

The question is whether this went to New Zealand or Canada? You think something like this wouldn't be just one coin. Someone would have set up the dies and done however many but if they went to new Zealand it could be a while before they turn up anywhere.

I got a few silver Canada dimes and few weeks ago found a weird one it's a Canada dime with a date that says 1952-2002
That coin would be minted in 2002 and was dated like that to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth

@@carrieterrykellogg9960 Every Canadian coin minted 1967 and before is 80% silver, with the exception of the penny and nickel. Some 1968 coins have silver at 50% but not all. So that Centennial dime from 1967 is silver.
