man that apartment that looks so nice the tall building 25 minutes apartment it looks so nice in the kitchen and also the room too as well I Would love to to rent that place
Great options and thanks for showing us around. Will keep Tony in mind when I need a couple months stay. Constructive feedback: slow slow pan the camera, fast movement is hard to follow and nauseous inducing :)
Thanks Chuck, great tour, and thanks to Tony for showing us the properties and all the information, any inside bits are much appreciated. All attractive units here, For low dollar I very much liked the one next door to the Embassy, and Japanese neighbors is a plus. I liked the one and two bedroom units more than the 3 bedroom. For large family units like that I've seen some better deals in Penang. The Townhouse was fun to see. Any ideas on how negotiable prices might be on those properties?
I would want something out in the country not city to many people. I'm a small town kind of person. Plus it should be cheaper outside the city I would think all I'd need is a 1 bed 1 bath living room and kitchen. Nothing to extravagant . Just a simple house for a simple life. Let me go to the farmers market's and can eat the street food or mom and pop shops / restaurants. I don't party so don't need bars or night clubs
Stop saying “cool” - but I’m enjoying exploring with you - Great videos!!
ok. I will work on it.

Finally! someone who gives the street names. The vids run a tad long IMHO, some tighter editing would fix that. Otherwise very informative
I can't get over all the trash across the street and the razor wire on top of the wall next door at the first apartment.
you watched it with the sound off?
About $800/month for that spacious 3 bed, 2 bath apartment with great views! Cannot beat that.

Thank you for having allowed me to join your tour 😁
Great to see some apartments and see what is available at various price points. Thanks, Chuck.
Glad you enjoyed it

Jack, you can reach out to Tony about price flexibility. They are more inclined to be flexible during low season, ie., Sept to Dec..
@@chuckmyntti Cool, I'll drop him a line.
Too bad the Vietnamese consider every open space an opportunity to dump trash. At least it appears DaNang's air quality is better than Hanoi or HCMC
Love the one next to Lotte mark and at 6m it’s a great deal
I inspected possibly this same apartment 2 years ago. It was for sale to foreign investors.

Blooming tower was built by daewoo from memory but then it went into financial trouble.
How much is the Eurovillage townhouse? Must be something ridiculous like 40mil or so.

Same landlord fees, different country. $$$ down, +,+,+,+,+....
None are close to the beach and all over-priced! you can have it...........
