    Man, I want to thank you for putting out that video a few days ago over two foot jump technique. the lead with the knee cue has been a game changer for me. I finally put it to the test on Friday on what was a strange session for me. I left my normal court because it was raining, but by the time I got home it had basically stopped. courts were still wet, but I said screw it and used the court near me. I figured I would just try to do some high object touches and get up some shots because that rim is like 10'4". well, even though I couldn't carry in as much momentum because the court was wet, I still managed to squeek one over on that rim! But if you had asked me like even two weeks ago I would have said I am a one foot jumper. I need one more day to make sure this isn't just a fluke, but I think I am converted.

    Another good practice. Just a small suggestion ... watch how Air Up There does the 540 dunk from one side of the key to the other. It's insane !!

    Isaiah, consider incorporating your R-L's again. Balance is key.

    Isaiah, can you make a video or a series of shorts where you compare your lifting numbers to your vert just like the one you did with squats. I’d be interested to see your deadlift and power clean this time.

    @aceyyyyyy Місяць тому +4

    i never thought about this but thinking about how scary it is to lose balance when you jump, imagine how scary it gotta be for isaiah cus his body fallin straight down from like 7-8 feet in the air

      Thats how i broke my wrist, even tho im nowhere near isaiah’s jump.
      Basically i was trying to grab the rim but i only grabbed it with my fingers, which caused me to slip and fall on my wrist.
      Likely i didn’t need surgery.

      The reason I wanted to bet my technique like your was because I noticed you get way more torque when you have both of your feet closer the last foot that comes in contact is at a almost 90 degree angle vs when I use to jump the angle was way more obtuse and open thank u sifu I owe u ❤

    no hate, but aren't those just 360 reverses and then actual 540 attempts?

      If you spin 360 then 180 reverse what does that add up to

      Nigga just stretch you don’t need a mf to hold your hand…. Truth is when getting bouncy your legs almost are always tired except for deloading periods(which means resting like a week) but stretching while resting and boom your good literally stretch core your quads calves hamstrings and hips and your pretty much good it’s basic work bro

    isaiah do you jump higher when people are around? When im alone on the court i can barely ever dunk but then the second people show up the difference is night and day and i get some extra boost in my vert that lets me dunk way easier

    Shaq could barely touch the bottom of an NBA net without jumping. Whereas, all 3 guys in this video could do it. And they dont have a 9 foot standing reach 😂 its just a very low rim
