All of those yes. Also it won’t rust out like the steel ones if you live in northern states or by the coast. Lastly, the kit comes with high quality fluid. I always ask people when was the last time you serviced your rear diff??? This gives you the opportunity to service and upgrade since you will have the cover off anyway.
explain why you need this cover if you guys are just driving them as a car. If this was a hotshot truck I could see it. And stop the burn outs. Everyone does it so it gets old.
Most people haven’t changed their diff fluid ever. So this gives you an excuse to change it while also getting a slight upgrade in looks and performance. Everybody likes burnouts. Thanks for the comment!
From what I've seen, lower differential temperatures means the oil lubricates the gears better and saves mpg. I think it's like a cold air intake or free flowing exhaust in that yes it's an upgrade, but one that is efficient enough to pay for itself.
@@georgesrisomsak9650 Always open fill port first, the groove isn't for rtv it's for an o-ring, 35 ft lbs is wayy too much, never install wet silicone right away as it'll leak almost right away, and always cover internals when removing leftover residue on housing, need I continue????
I like the convenience of this kit! Does it need a gasket or silicone only? Thanks

Honest question…what’s the benefit or improvement with this one? Just the heat fins and aesthetics?
