They re-create the 78th Highlanders aka Rosshire Buffs who were stationed in Halifax from 1869 to 1871. They also recreate the 3rd Brigade Royal Artillery who were also stationed in Halifax at the time. It's a great program run in conjunction with Parks Canada and the Halifax Citadel Society.
