Thank you Majoy! I appreciate your support and insights. I am satisfied when people follow my advice based on my six years of doing this part time. Russ
The letter from Uber though! Mind blowing! Brand of your to take this warnings into a content, hope it reaches a ton of viewers doing the same, well done Russ! And oh love how you ended the video the positive way!
@ awww this is a beautiful message to hear, it’s very true though and very happy you also got this and able to fully take advantage off on your business and personal life 😊
I never send any messages unless I have a question about the drop. I don't think most people want to chat with their delivery person. I have about 3400 deliveries. 99% satisfaction rating. I would suggest just keep it business related and not try to get personal with customers
@TheRussRyde nothing along those trends. Mine has been at 99% for a long time. I only do this in the winter months. I just keep my head down and keep it as professional as I can. I wouldn't recommend sending messages to people. They can track you already. It can seem creepy to some people.
@@AF-sx1zu It's interesting because maybe only 1 person has rated you or maybe 100 and you won't know until you get a bad review to take you below 100....or 99% in your case. Thank you for sharing this!
It's the Boblov M5. It's about $100-$140. I am pretty sure they have a newer model too. This one has internal memory so you connect it to a PC to download it. I've been very happy with it and I use it a majority of the time now. Naturally all cameras at this price point don't have stabilization like the Go Pro's and Osmo's do.
If you're wearing the body camera, you might as well as wear spy glasses and/or a spy pen*, this way if someone robs you of the body camera you still have a back up camera. (*it looks like a pen, but it has a tiny camera embedded in it. Bonus! Some spy pens even have the part of the pen actually work as a pen.) You may want to look at the laws where you live, as they may require you to get consent from the customer before you can legally record them. You should also try to find out if uber has a policy on recording customers and any policies uber might have on your use of the footage.
California is a two party state so you have to get consent from he other person to record them, except in public areas. I think the benefits outweigh any perception of wrongdoing though. Rideshare drivers post signs saying you give consent entering the car... We are on camera every time we go into a store and I don't recall them asking me for permission...ha. Russ
Your customer rating shows how professional you are🥳🥳keep treating them right, and you will keep winning their hearts ❤

Body camera is sooooo good! Great tip!
Yes, and you can get a relatively inexpensive one to obtain the same effects.
Another brilliant content to warn and educate fellow uber eats driver, Wow! This is quite an eye opener!
I am eager to help drivers in so many ways.

Thank you! I think my last video didn’t come off as I had hoped. I had more thumbs down that up. Oops! I won’t do they again.
Love the part where you thoughtfully ask for review! Your sales skills comes to play! Love the text sample!
You've opened my eyes to how sales skills apply to so many areas of our lives. Thank you Majoy!!!

It's just business
The body camera was very nice, what is its price? And is there any way to hide the video in it?

I hear uber drivers complain about their job more than anyone.
@csdarlington86 I think you are onto something! Why do you think drivers are complaining so much? Russ
