Only $10m? It’s a steal compared with what we get here in Hong Kong with the same money! I always think: why aren’t all Canadian houses at least this big? We have just under 40m people and the 2nd largest land mass on earth! BTW this video is very well made n this house is one of the better taste I’ve seen except the wok kitchen, which is kind of out of place with its modern western/west coast design!

Canada may have less land to population ratio but the real estate in major cities ( Toronto, Vancouver ) is one of the most expensive in north america because 90% of the country's population lives in Toronto and Vancouver area , and 90% of the Land in the country is uninhabited. This house in in WEST VANCOUVER, around 30 mins from Vancouver with way less population and is thus cheaper.
