Starship hasn't terminated his contract yet, hes still on the website, and hes still in monsta x's fancafe which if his contract had been terminated they would have tooken him out of fancafe and off of the website. Also the whole thing with juvenile detention must be fake because he wouldnt have been able to get the passport to be on a show in china and he also couldn't have gotten to perform in germany. Those 2 countries are very strict with passports. Now I can't say much about the owning someone money but if she really wanted the money why didnt she cooperate with the lawyers? She could have simply gotten her money back if she just cooperate with the lawyers and didn't create this big mess

Then I will hope that he returns as part of the group again. I agree that their accusations are "off" to say the least. We will have to wait and see what comes of it all. Let's hope it doesn't just get swept under the rug or forgotten...
