used service from rawalpindi to karachi. all was ok but they turned off A.c. for few hours near sindh.
I travel to this bus in 2023 this bus is very good I don't feel anything bad in this bus food and washrooms are nice if u want to travel in reasonable bus this😍😍 bus is amazing I have veryyyy memorable journey with this bus 😇
But my mom went karachi to islamabad she said well about this bus

Apne 2 alag buses ki videos dikhayi hain phle brown theme thi bus ki phr green kese hogyi??? phli bt???? dusri bt subha 7bje Rawalpindi ki koi time nhi nikalta 8bje nikalta he pehle time, vlog m ap waiting area ki bat karti hain to wo staff ka nhi awam ka kasoor h jo safayi ka khyl nhi rakhte or seats roz change nhi kr sakte owners waiting area ki, rahi bt WiFi ki to wo 350mb nhi 500mbs mene khud chalaye hn or wo Tablet k lye nhi hote mobile phone k lye hote hn for your kind information, or ap Wasaib hotel pe Roti khane k time mobile nikal k video bnana shuru kr dengi to zahir h roti ka haal esa hi hona h....
Me khud koi Staff nhi Kainat Travels ka but me passenger hun khud, me har month saffar karta hun Kainat Travels se Rawalpindi to Hyderabad mujhe ab tk koi shikayt nhi mili bs ek bt he wo ye k headphones ka issue h bilkul he uski complain me khud kar chuka hun....

ہم پاکستانی کبھی کسی چیز پر خوش نہیں ہوتے۔ میں زیادہ تر وقت کراچی سے اسلام آباد اور کراچی واپس کائنات ٹریولز کے ذریعے سفر کرتا ہوں۔ چارج کیے گئے کرایے میں، سروس کافی مناسب ہے۔ اگر دوسری بس سروس اچھی ہے تو وہ معیاری سروس کے لیے اضافی چارج کرتی ہیں۔

The food was pathetic, no one touched, refreshment 0/sanata , 3 hrs delay, better not to use kainat Travels, pay Rs-300. More but use faisal movers instead. Service was bullshit they were travelling like a local bus
