I am a diver as well. Love your channel. You need to get a diving bag for your treasure and another reusable bag that unzips from top to bottom for trash. It is a creed and responsibility for divers to bring back trash from every dive. We must leave our waters cleaner then we found them.
Lots of cool finds today! and hey a silver ring in my book is a great find... even if the stone is cubic zirconia.. Great video .. I wish the water here was that clear! GL and HH Van Jr.
A silver ring is a great find in my book as well! But it looks like a gold ring with diamonds! Any disappointment was short lived. I wish all the water I dived was that clear also. Thanks for tuning in !
I’m a pensioner in the UK, I can’t afford to do this, but I love watching your videos, quiet and relaxing and best of all , interesting. I’ll have to stick to metal detecting on my local beach for the odd coins.
12:40 I’m pretty sure that is to a Mercury outboard engine. Thinking it has to be either a cowl (which is basically a cover) release lever, or the handle to manually tilt a small-to-medium outboard motor. Maybe 25-75 hp.
Tahoe is clean... there is very little sediment if you consider what you see has accumulated over hundreds of years. This site is popular with hunters, I visited it every 4 or 5 weeks and often went away with nothing, so what I am finding has not been down long.
Wow nice haul! Thank you very much for the shout out! All the years i have been diving i have yet to pull a golf ball out of fresh water. I find them in the puget sound all the time.
Hi Amanda, that changes in my mind often, right now I would say... Once I found an infant resuscitator dummy wrapped in weights to hold it down. They look very real underwater in poor visibility. Very weird and startling! It was used by the Sheriffs department dive recovery team for practice. Thanks for watching!
You’ve got to love that Tahoe water. It’s so clear but freezing cold! I learn to water ski there and they learned because it was too cold to fall down! Have fun!
Hi Alexis, There are fish I just failed to capture many on video, and the few I did were edited out. I have been purposely taking more time to video the wildlife because so many people comment about it. My latest videos will show more. Thanks for tuning in!
North shore is right next to a popular spot for tourists in Tahoe so the fish tend to swim a bit more deep in water out by the very end of the peir☺️ (I know Cause I live in Tahoe xD)
Lake Tahoe is such a beautiful lake, Your very lucky to have a place there. Last time I was near there was in 2003 visiting the Ponderosa Ranch and remembering watching Bonanza as a kid in the 70's. I was there months before they closed. Its a shame its gone, love the history and surrounding area.
Most of these locations, you wouldn't even have to scuba dive with compressed air, just 'snorkle' by dragging a kayak around above you, with a small compressor supplying air down a hose. Put a flag on the kayak, 'Do not disturb, Scuba Diver Below'.
Nah To deep for a surface supplied compressor. And a tank of air is much cheaper that a compressor. And free diving is a hit an miss thing. And more dangerous than scuba
I remember losing precious toys in the water as a kid, it does break your heart! I miss my toy gun, my action figures and my homemade toy boat that couldn't float.
I used to dive the Truckee River a lot wallets rings sunglasses fishing gear I found several Rolex watches diamond ring sunglasses complete bikini lots of cash and wallets on times
Hi! A tractor and a horse...i was ready for you to find a little crop of corn rows growing down there! Lol down deep on the farm! Fun and peaceful viddy...and a silver ring is a great find too! 😊
There are small fish/minnows swimming around boat launches, docks, etc. When I was a kid, I spent a lot of hours sitting on rafters under a dock on West Shore, fishing for minnows. Cheap, exciting & fun.. But the real kokanee mega fish are farther out & deep. If you want to see a lot of huge fish, stop at Tahoe City where the spawning fish gather at the Truckee/Lake tributary. There are dozens at times.
I never knew Lake Tahoe was so blue! 😊 its a long way from VA from me, me & my husband went cross country 2 summers ago. We drove threw but didn't stop. Might have to go back one day 😊
Cool video and interesting finds. I like hearing the actual sound of the water, etc . Lots of videos add sappy music and I'm not sure why. I think this video is perfect as is!
Is anyone else creeped out by that little girls bracelet and shoe? I think it’s because Lake Tahoe creeps me out in general because of all the dead body stories about the mob dumping grounds. Idk. Maybe it’s just me.
THAT was the most fun diving I've had in years....two boat hooks ! I noticed there was not ONE FISH anywhere! Most times I find a ton of lures and occasionally an anchor. Looks like Lake Tahoe is pretty bleak when it comes to marine life! Thanks for the fun junk collecting dive ~ GS
Sure thing George, Not many fish in this area, there were a bunch of 1 inch fry but I cut them in the edit. The larger fish will keep to the areas with easy access to deeper water. In those areas, lots of fishing and boating treasures. Good to have you tuning in!
I swear the chepo sunglasses look like Varnets Used in the olympics at Squaw valley. Vintage in good shape will cost about 100 bucks Crystal lenses. ... or not could be copycats. I'm surprised it is still clear in the water when I was young it was like bath water could see the rocks at bottom no problem. On of my favorite places along with Yosemite and my old home town of Santa Cruz. Some people have no idea they live in paradise. Great Video !

Wow! Thanks Buddy! I'm flattered. Thank you. Another awesome video!!. I don't know if I ever told you or not, but I'm originally from Northern California and have been in Lake Tahoe quite a bit. So that was a lot of fun.👍🏼👍🏼 Would you mind if I borrowed your subscriber shout out idea and returned the favor? As for Shout outs... no i don't mind at all. I have never felt like I am in competition with other UA-camrs. If I find another YT'er I enjoy I don't stop watching one to watch them, I just add 'em to my list. The more popular one person is the wider the audience appeal for similar stuff.
mokpot I agree 100%. We are all in the same boat, so we should spread the word the best we can. I'm new to this, and not sure how other people feel about it. So I just wanted to ask. I was truly flattered by your shout out and I would like to do the same to you and a couple others. It's a great idea...
How lazy can you get? Why didn't you just use your flippers to propel you? You have foot problems? Aside from that anoying propulsion device noise, it was fun to watch you find lost stuff!
@Haley Chacon Obviously you have no idea about real scuba diving. Its easy to avoid stirring up silt, especially by just not back tracking...which he didn't do during the video. There wasn't any current issue, and he just went about 10 or 15 feet at a time, It would be real easy to just swim from place to place, a little higher in the water, and then dive a few feet deeper to find the treasures.
I enjoyed your video very much. I live at the lake and for many years, I enjoyed doing the same thing you are doing here. Unfortunately, a very serious illness has kept me onshore for the last 5 years. So I will live vicariously through your videos for a while. Keep up the great work. :-)

California diver for 40 years. Don't dive these days. All my equipment needs to be updated and too many distractions to renew my diving. Still have my scuba pro air one, suntoo dive computer and my atpak from way back. Again all need to be replaced. Only dove one lake. Dove all the islands off cal south of Santa Barbara hundreds of times, sea of Cortez many times. Found all kinds of stuff some valuable. New sub, enjoy the finds and appreciate the clean up you do. Looking forwad to viewing all your vids. Stay safe.
Loved the video! Very pleasant to hear bubbles instead of music. Why no rust on anything? Just seemed unusual to me. I enjoyed this so much that I subscribed. Thank you and take Care.
Glad you enjoyed the video. I suppose most of the metal objects had no rust because they were recently lost. I like to dive this area often, over the years I have encounter some rust. Thanks the taking time to comment Leone!
Not a problem at all I wish I had the funds to be able to do what you do keep up the videos though they're very inspiring I snorkel and search for things
You should do what Ben Gravy Does, he finds novelty waves in almost every state to surf, river, swash , boat etc...….You can do all state snorkeling/diving tour. There is a cool spot leaving Vegas on the way to Hoover ,,super clear. White lake here in S.C., I snorkeled lake Waccamaw until I saw 100s of gators across the road. We stick to jetties around here, with a good high pressure and no wind it gets really clear.I dove for golf balls in my time, that's good money, some ponds were ultra clear but not many. Add some cool music, film the trek to your destination.
Cool video, but after the chrome trident you pan to a large rock and move forward at 4:39, aren't there two more rings and a coin in the dirt just as you move forward SE of the large rock?
I wondered if, working so close to the docks, if/when you find bigger items (like the boat hooks) do you ever lean up and deposit them on the dock?---What was that gauntlet you sailed through at the beginning? An old/unused dock?
I am a diver as well. Love your channel. You need to get a diving bag for your treasure and another reusable bag that unzips from top to bottom for trash. It is a creed and responsibility for divers to bring back trash from every dive. We must leave our waters cleaner then we found them.

Hey Jacob, I am glad to have you along on the dives, One day a may join you on the beach.
What cost are to be doing that?
Profitable day for assorted treasures. Good dive thanks for taking us along

Why does everything you find look like they were just put there. So clean with all the sediment around.

I lover Lake Tahoe !! It is so clean and clear !! Looks like fun. I will definitely watch again!!!
Awesome Anita, glad to have you watching! Thanks for taking the time to say hello.
That water is so clear go back there for another dive for us! ! And hey..give back my girlfriends shoe damn it!
Will do!
Your girlfriend is a 3 yr old?

Interesting about the golfballs, I find them everywhere! You're welcome for the shout out, I enjoy your videos. Keep the coming!

Hi, very interesting, thanks for keeping the water clean. That is so different from above the ground!
I LIKE THE SEA HORSE.
Thanks JP
The water is beautiful great video brother.
Would that be a sea horse?
I believe so.
Hahaha, submarine lock!!! That gave me a good laugh. Thanks for the videos, really enjoy the camera quality and adventures.

Nice finds - thanks for sharing
Thank you Patricia
Beautiful clear water but no fish! No apparent life at all. What’s up.
Hey Wanda, I saw at least 2 or 3 crawdads and for sure one fish under a boat
They're in there but the lake is so big and so deep, you won't ever see them just swimming.

Dove all the islands off cal south of Santa Barbara hundreds of times, sea of Cortez many times. Found all kinds of stuff some valuable. New sub, enjoy the finds and appreciate the clean up you do. Looking forwad to viewing all your vids. Stay safe.
Welcome Dive Buddy, glad to have you tuning in... I enjoy diving the SoCal area!
Have you ever Scuba dived Sarah court in gayety park on the American river??
The water looks nice, good visibility. It's almost time to get back in the water here!
Thanks for tuning in!
Not a problem at all I wish I had the funds to be able to do what you do keep up the videos though they're very inspiring I snorkel and search for things
Awesome
Great video. Really enjoyed the hunt. That looked like the God Fathers II house when you came up out of the water.
My summer place...
great video, enjoyed it...
Thank you!
I like that idea... perhaps one day
Cool video, but after the chrome trident you pan to a large rock and move forward at 4:39, aren't there two more rings and a coin
in the dirt just as you move forward SE of the large rock?
I like that he helps to
O pick up the litter in the mean time.
I used to live in Tahoe, I miss it so much!!
Hi Vivian, there is a lot to love about the area! Thanks for watching and taking time to comment
I wondered if, working so close to the docks, if/when you find bigger items (like the boat hooks) do you ever lean up and deposit them on the dock?---What was that gauntlet you sailed through at the beginning? An old/unused dock?
Next time ...take a trailer with you...use to do the same thing under the jetties (piers) in South Australia...quite rewarding.🤣🤣👍🏻🇦🇺
I will consider that...
