Why not just get a LP? Well, this is perfect for someone who likes the features of a LP, but prefers the clarity of a 25.5” scale, and a more durable neck and headstock.

Great review. I recently picked up one of these as my 1st electric. The thing feels and plays like a dream. I've always loved the Telecaster sound and while this is a darker variant on that, I've been able to get some lovely bright and snappy tones from the bridge and middle positions.

Although, Fender Kurt Cobain signature edition is also a good choice - plus it is 24” scale length with humbuckers...
Good review, I’d would still prefer Les Paul for that tone but I love a Telecaster with that big vintage headstock neck and the electronics like the LP

Answer: because the G string stays in tune on Fender necks.
Great video. I love my charvel tele but I’m very keen to get into a fender as another onstage guitar. For people with smaller hands like myself (which is why I love the caramelised maple neck) would the neck on the troublemakers be easy enough to work around?
Great review man.... and good looking guitar. got a question for you, how deep is the neck, thin -60 och fat -50 or in the middle like normal fender modern C ?

Just out of curiosity, I’ve had one of these for about 3 months now, have pretty much played it for a few hours everyday since, have you noticed the knobs and switch becoming loose while playing? It’s at the point where I haven’t to tighten everything up once every now and then...

While these are cool - too cool for most, in fact but you pull it off Olli ! Hahaha 😎👍 - but like I was saying, While they're cool, last year's offering so the Pelham Blue top...or sunburst...they looked just so sexy! Especially the Pelham.
This is what I hate about the guitar industry. If you like a guitar....you better buy it now, cos they won't make it next year. Not how you've grown to like it, anyway!
I get it, it's by design. It promotes sales. And it absolutely works. I'm feeling the pressure right now. There are only two DK24 's left, and they are pink. Along good co!ours are gone. If I don't want to be left out in the cold again, holding my scrotum...I have to plunge into a purchase that know , deep down, is not a wise move.

The Australian Fender website mentions 'locking tuners' for this model. However, in the video, the standard Fender sealed tuners are attached. Have Fender down scaled in this area? Thanks.
The locking tuners are designed to look like standard sealed tuners, they work a little differently than other locking tuners.

Why not? Because this thing is gorgeous. LPs are ugly and heavy.
Why not just get a Les Paul? Gibson has been a douchebag company for decades more noteworthy for stalling progress and making music less accessible. Thats why.
Because LP's have the worst neck designs, and teles are far better in design
