This pond is a good representation of a couple of things that we've done in house that are fairly easy to do without running into a lot of money. You know, as far as pond bank restoration work. One of the most obvious things that we have implemented, the low maintenance zone around the ponds. We started this on a couple of our commons areas. We suggested it to our homeowners or our board actually put it into a board resolution about a suggested width and a suggested height for maintaining the low-maintenance zone. But we're really surprised that we got about a 98% participation rate among our homeowners right off the bat. So it was really exciting and really nice to see that people were willing to try that.
