I've already had a Branson and it's a piece of crap!!!!
When you load it on the trailer and let the bucket down it will blow the hydraulic oil out the back where the breather tube is.
The loader on the tractor is also a piece of crap if you go digging in the dirt it will dig deeper on one side than on the other..
Big bucket will bend very easy so don't try to dig any hard dirt manufacturers says it's not designed for doing that!!!
Oh and by the way if you go througha ditch make sure you don't go through it on an angle because if you do the front-end will twist and the radiator fan will hit the shroud....
So have fun with your mistake!!
Sounds a lot like operator error to me. I'm sorry you're not happy with your Branson. Ive been really happy with the one I'm driving. If I have any issues with it, I'll be sure to make a video on it .
I'm in the market for a tractor... Thinking of going Mahindra lol. How you like the cab? Hope all is going well with the new tractor 👍
15 years ago I bought a Branson tractor. I bought the 2810 model.
4x4, front loader, no enclosed cab though. Got the quick detach plate.
Front loader complete detach.
Two speed PTO, to auxiliary hookup.
Shuttle shift, axle lock. Little tractor worked great. Only problem I ever experienced was the fuel shut off solenoid. It's an electrical / mechanical shut off valve. Wish I had bought the cab with a c 😔.
This was a great purchase in combination with my dump truck business. 👍👍
Thanks for the comment Perry. I appreciate it 👍
"Translating for our northern friends." Love it!
Lol. Thanks for watching 👍
My old neighbor had a 4720 Branson 4x4 w/ loader it was open station and it was a tank! He loved that tractor and used the heck out of it! It's a well built and modern technology, I believe you will love it too! He passed away from cancer and his widow had an auction sold the farm and downsized!
Hate to hear that about the neighbor but good to hear about the Branson👍
My Mahindra brother! Say it ain't so! Lol. Can't wait to see what ya got, I may upgrade myself but hanging into my Mahindra for backup.
Big issue I have with an “off brand” tractor, if you had to sell it for whatever reason, you’d have a very limited used market. With all the zero percent deals, it would be hard enough sell a big name couple year old unit.
Thanks 👍
I agree with you on this madder but on the other hand I own a John Deere tractor and it is truly a yanmar with Deere color and badging so that alone cost me a extra 5 thousand dollars
Gary Holt yep, I have a Massey Ferguson - Iseki strait from Japan. Which isn’t a bad thing. My wife & daughter both have Japan import Subaru’s, the QC is much better than the US models as recall will reflect.
Hamiltonville Farm Love your content brother, keep em rolling! ✅
Tahnks!
Mahindra still world's number one tractor company . It doesn't mean Branson is less , overall Mahindra gives value for money if you compair same power tractor on side by side . I'm sure you will find out reason
A great opportunity there Hank, looking forward to seeing what all you put that tractor through
Thanks Joey...I just clicked on your trail cam video😁👍
HAMBONE!! You crazy!! Love it... Glad to see you're doing well my friend. OP Handy
Right on! 😁👍👍
As a subscriber and Tractor enthusiast I would like you to answer a couple questions after spending time on the Branson.
1. After having the luxury of a climate control cab heat and air, would you go back to an open station Tractor. 2. Do you think the glass on the cab restricts your ability to get in tighter spaces. 3. On an open station you have the ability to hear and see much better would this affect your decision process on the purchase? These are a couple things I've wanted to know. Thanks Hank.
4. Lastly, does Gina like her Chickens more than you?😝
You are a great American. Mark.
I'll keep you posted! And yes, Gina likes her chickens more than me! LOL
buen día hora de argentina hermosa máquina y con pala bien de trabajo ayuda en todo las horas que uno usa de trabajo completo me gustó les mando un abrazo grande buenisimo
Wow. Very nice! Congratulations on the new tractor
Thanks y'all 👍
So what made you jump ship to Branson..I just bought a 4540 Mahindra brand new this month, I like it.
I owned a Branson tractor quite a few years ago. It was a bigger model than that one, but a heavy, solid built, tractor. The only reason I didn't keep it was we started leasing farms further from home, and it was too slow on the road.
Interesting. Thanks for that comment 👍
Congratulations Hank. I think you made a good choice. I like any and all equipment doesn't matter what the color or make. I truly believe with all the competition one is as the other. Best of luck.. God Bless
Thanks a Lot Dean. I appreciate that. Have a good one.
I love my Mahindra 4540
They are nice tractors
Go Branson!!!! I bought a 3725 last year and it is a great machine. Love the 12 speeds, don't want hydro.......
Digging it so far👍
Mind is where the money is
Well looks like a cab tractor and my guess is a Branson.
🤷🏻♂️
Hamiltonville Farm you sure were excited when you were looking across the street at those Bransons. Rebadged TYM? Or am I mistaken. Maybe a few spec changes like RK does.
@@jdub229r Kukje builds Branson tractors, all the way from the front to the back. They have the license from Cummins to produce their engines under Kukje name. TYM did bought Kukje, but only 30% of it and was just a move to improve their parts availability.
As a a trucker that mostly pulls wind turbine blade I want to say great job on touching each chain to check and see if they are tight. Sometimes they look tight but when you touch them there is slack. I think that's the 1st time someone said to touch each chain in a tractor loading video. Thank you
Thanks Jon. I appreciate the comment
Are you sure the dealership was open - didn't see anyone but you and Brandell and you were nervous about getting it home. Lol. Can't wait to see the reviews on the tractor in action.
hahaha! thats funny😁😁
I just bought a Mahindra 4550 4x4. I think I'll stick with it for quite a while. Good luck with your new demo. I hope it's a workhorse.
4550 is a good tractor. I’ve got 245 hours on this one now and have had zero issues. It’s been real good so far. Thanks for watching!
Where are these tractors manufactured?
Dang. You fooled me Hank. After seeing you salivating for that Bobcat tractor at that show I thought you'd buy one but Branson is a dependable tractor and you'll be falling in love all over again. Look forward to watching all your videos!
Thanks for the comment Sand Hollow. I appreciate you.
Hope you got a Kioti. Awesome tractors. Bullet proof darn near
Buys new trailer.....points out all the Branson tractors setting around........makes one wonder. I'm just hoping you got the cab you deserve. A cab will be very nice in those hot and humid Florida days.
Brad Myers that’s exactly what I think too. It was too weird how he just panned the camera to all the Branson tractors. Lol. He can’t fool nobody. Lol.
Did you really get rid of the old mahindra? Nice new machine Hank! I’d love to check the Branson tractors out in person but we don’t have any dealers here. I’m looking at getting another tractor in the 50hp range. The Mahindra 3650 is on the list as is the kubota l5460 or 6060
No, the 4540 is in other pole barn.👍
Can you offer a comparison between the 4500 series mahindra and the 20 series branson?
Not a fair comparison. My 4540 was gear drive. I liked my Branson a lot better than the Mahindra. The Branson didn’t give me any issues at all for 300 hours. The Mahindra had fuel issues that we video’s and then after I sold it, the new owner had electrical issues.
💥 Looking forward to this video!
Thanks 👍
Congratulations Hank! Hard work always pays off. I’m proud for you and look forward to seeing that Branson power.
Thanks buddy
“We went to Kentucky” for fried chicken?
Welcome to the Branson family! I just locked up a Branson this spring myself. Liking it so far! Powerful unit! Hope that machine does what you need it to do! I imagine you’ll like the cab to dodge some heat! Thanks for the fun vids! Keep up the good work! Enjoy!
Thank you David. We appreciate it. It's been awesome so far. Have a good one
Congratulations on the upgrade for the farm.
Thanks Douglas. We appreciate it 👍
Wow, that is great! Congratulations Hank! You did great with your channel!
Thank you Joe. I truly appreciate that
Very nice job translating for the northern folks! 😂
Thanks for taking the time to watch and make the comment. I truly appreciate it! Have a good day.
Beautiful machine. Seems small for a 55hp.. Super cool to have all that power in a small.package...
Thanks Scott.👍
Keep a eye on the AC It has to stay clean. Will overheat and break. Good luck.
Thanks for that John. I appreciate that👍
Well played, good sir. Well played. Great video & packaging!
Thank you kindly!
So you’ve had this tractor awhile, what do you like/dislike about it looking back?
I test drove one today and I feel convinced but I would like some feedback from an owner that “ I know”.
I don't like the hazard button on the right side behind the joystick and the fact it doesn't have a way to lif tthe 3 point hitch from the outside. That's it. I like everything else about it. 210 hours zero issues.
I only watched 20 seconds of the video yet and I say Branson. They're a beast. Okay, I'm sticking with my guess so I'll soon see. Hip...Hip...Hurray! Super Congrats! You're going to enjoy that Branson, Hank. You said that you'll use the Branson for 6 months. I have a feeling that in 6 months and 1 day, that Branson will be permanently housed on your land in her designated tractor shed 😊. Okay, gotta give her a name, brother! I too have a new cab coming pretty soon. I won't have it delivered until mid-June and from that day on, I won't have to contend with ground bees, skeeters, or biting yellow-flies 😀. Enjoyed a full-watch and congrats, again 😀. 👍🏽
Thanks Do..We named it today! We will call him "Brutus"!
@@HamiltonvilleFarm Nice strong name, too. I know you're gonna love that tractor.
Congratulations on your beautiful tractor.
Thanks Drew. We appreciate your comment 👍
Good deal. Looking forward to seeing more videos on it. Have a good one
Thanks Jacky
That’s awesome hank !
Looks like a well made little tractor
Congrats on the sponsorship with
Branson tractor
Y’all have a good one!
P.s . Enjoy your videos buddy!
Thanks Nick. I really appreciate that.
You’re welcome!
Man that loader will be handy as a pocket on a shirt 👕
Work it hard. Let’s see how it goes. The company importing Branson to Australia closed down. Bit of a bummer as they were good tractors at a decent price. I’m not sure how it will go for those who bought a Branson & spare parts.
Thanks Karl. I'm gonna work it hard for sure!
That’s awesome to hear they are interested in knowing on where the tractor stands in performance and capability. Good for you Hank!! You are making it happen man!!
Thanks Joe. I cant wait to break it in!
Hamiltonville Farm yeah man!! Anxious to see new vids!
How awesome is that! Great looking tractor! Can't wait to start seeing some videos!
Thanks Lance and Marci👍
Hey congratulations Hank! Wonderful news and good news for you and the farm. I'm looking forward to learning more about these tractors. Cheers and all the best to you and the family!
Thanks brother. I appreciate the comment 👍 have a good one and stay safe. Cheers
Good deal Hank. Can't wait to see what you do with it buddy.
Thanks Ronnie 👍
Love my 4520C, I've done several videos on it around the farm. Their real work horses. Only problem i've had is in the steering box, bad o-ring.
Cool> Thanks for the comment Triple W!
Looking forward to learning more about the Branson Tractor!
More to come!
THe cab will sway you but it is not close to the Mahindra
Thanks for watching
A new tractor is always a step up.
A Kioti is three steps up😉
Yeah man! Thanks Gil.
Proud for you. Looking forward to learning about it
Thanks so much. We appreciate it.
Congratulations. You will like that tractor. I have 5220r (no cab). I’ve used it to clear 13 acres of land. My only issue has been my own.
I see the optional 3rd function. Put a grapple on that buddy and get to work! I can’t wait to see if you work that demo unit as hard as I work mine. It’s a beast!
Thanks Jesse. We put the grapple on today. It will be worked hard, I promise 😁👍
@@jamesb.armstrong5433 I added a canopy to keep my sun tans down, one dented it multiple times with bad judgment when going under trees. Getting used to the grapple (Everything Attachments) took a month. No mechanical or manufacturing issues. Branson is rock solid!
I'm guessing you bought a Kioti. Their a tough tractor. Maybe an RK 74.
What happened to the Mahindra? Did you trade it in or do you still have it?
we still have it.
Well, Hank, I bought a Mahindra 1635HST In Rome Ga, It's still at the dealer because I ordered a 3rd function kit for a Titan grapple and a rear remote, Just-in-case I need it for something else I want to buy. Now I just need to buy a DJI drone so I can record anything overhead while I work on our property.
Yes sir👍 you definitely need the 3rd function and a drone👍
Hank I really like your videos. It was you who help me choose-the Mahindra. I appreciate all your input and knowledge. Your fair on what information you share with the community. I do have a question? What was your cost to build your pole barn? I want to do the same thing for my property
@@MrJrjohnson45 I don't remember exactly, but I wanna say about $2500. I bought a kit from a local supply store. Super easy to build. Hardest part is getting it square.
Just went by Dixie yesterday headed to rural king in Dothan to look at their tractors.
Dixie is a great place to buy a tractor. Don is an awesome guy
were planing on getting 6 or 7 new loader tractors in the feature for the farm and snow removal
@@HamiltonvilleFarm I'm in between Mahindra, Branson and Rk. I have a Mahindra dealer 30 minutes from me, Dixie is 1-1/2hrs from me and RK is almost out because of service after the sale. I've bought a new place and just need more options than my old ford 3600 can give.
@@richardfutch6185 let me know which way you go👍
@@michaelmactavish1728 wow! Let me know if you go Branson
Forgot to do a strap pver the loader bucket. Its a petty thing, but its DOT compliment then.
Thanks
Wow nice looking tractor. Exactly what I would like to have. How are parts ?
Great dealer support. They really have their act together.
Man she is looking cherry Hank! Fantastic video sir, very well done!
Thank you kindly
Congratulations....looking forward to seeing that tractor in action.
Thanks Dave. We appreciate it.
lets see the Grader!
Soon. We should be back at it in a few days.
Nice looking tractor Hank. Congrats buddy.
Thanks 👍
welcome Hank to the Branson family i have a 3725 and love it.
I would of liked to see them toss some tools for the machine to use, like a grapple bucket and a post hole digger or backhoe. Does it even have quick change on it or extra lines for a attatchment?
We are getting a backhoe soon. Just got to go get it. We do have a 3rd function 👍
You don't stick with any tractor too long do you! I really want to follow your advice but I'm afraid I'll be trading anything you advise on a year or two.
You only catch bits and pieces of videos. You should buy what you’re comfortable with. I explain in detail why we switched.
Nice. The AC will be great in the heat.
Yes sir..I'm gonna get spoiled 😁. Thanks for the comment 👍
Whats interesting is only Kubota and Mahindra actually MAKE their tractors. The rest, Deere, this one, and several others are ASSEMBLED by their perspective companies from other manufacturers parts. If you look at them all, the layouts are pretty much the same and parts are somewhat interchangeable. So when it comes down to it, go black and white, find the one with the best deal, and don't look at color. (Except orange, orange always rocks!)
Why are JD tractors green? They envy Kubota, thats why! LOL J/K
🤣
What kind of engine does it regen or use def or have a pdf filter
It has a Kukje engine and a dpf. Passive regen. No Def
That's a nice looking Branson Hank! I have nevr seen one being worked so this will be real great to see what you do with it! Have a good week my friend!
Thanks John. I appreciate it bud👍
What is that sticking upfront on the right hand side it looks like a pipe or something
Not sure what you are referring to. Do you have a time stamp in the video that you see it? I'll go back and look for it
It was when you had the hood up and talking about the engine.
Sorry it was when you’re giving a review about the tractor
john daye you talking about bucket level indicator maybe the silver about half inch dia rod
Shiawassee Hobby Farmer oh okay. Sorry I don’t know much about tractors. But thank you for getting back to me that’s very kind of you. Now I know if you don’t ask you will never know. Thanks once again
Should loaded up the Kubota!
Lol… nope
Congratulations on the demo, can’t wait to see the review.
Thanks brother. We are looking forward to demo'ing it!
So you didn't like the 4540?
Never said that. The 4540 is a good tractor. I do like Branson better now that I've had it for little over 6 months.
@@HamiltonvilleFarm oh ok, I thought you may have changed your mind. I'm looking for my first tractor. We have about 43 acres. Some clearing to be done. Enjoy watching your videos.
Congrats. Hank that's the tractor I want shuttle shift doesn't lose power in PTO vs hydro
This is true👍
Looks almost the same as my Mahindra 6110 with cab. Enjoy
Thank you. I appreciate it.
Sweet!!!!! I’d like to do that, get a tractor to demo for my opinion. Be as rough as needed & be honest. I’m so jealous lol
Yeah for sure. They told me to drive it like I stole it ..lol
Super excited for y’all!! Sounds like a great company to be partnering with! They must have heard about your video with over 1.3M views! 😁
Im pretty sure they have😂
I,m not impressed. I have a Japanese Kubota and nothing can beat this engineering.
I worked it this morning for about 2 hours. I'm totally impressed. That thing is a beast.
It's got to be a BOBCAT!
Congratulations on the sponsorship!
Thanks 👍
My guess would be a cab tractor and a Kioti tractor because Brandel influence
I hear these are good South Korean tractors they've been around for a long time. They also make tractors for tym. Is just the same tractor with all the bells and whistles. It's actually not an off name brand been around for a long time.
Look forward to seeing it put to work.
Thanks Deer. We are excited 👍
Actually, tym makes tractors for Branson
Did you completely get rid of your Mahindra?
Nah, we still have it. Wanna buy it?? 😁
@@HamiltonvilleFarm Nah, I got my heart set on a Farmall 🤣
Hey guys! Congrats on the new ride! The things bright and shiny for now hahaha get some mud on that beast! I’m happy for you guys on the channel success! Keep up the good work!
Thanks! Will do!
Congrats Hank! I have to get caught up on your channel.
Thanks Garret. I appreciate it buddy
Brilliant work and thanks for the content
My pleasure!
My god you cover some miles. Nice lil machine.
Thanks 👍
Saw the video earlier. Nice job. This will be fun for you. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it
Hope you enjoy our upcoming videos
Glad your doing this Hank we will compare that tractor to my RK55 mine is a 55HP Shuttle shift cant wait to see more Videos
Right on👍
Boy did you ever mark a mistake. You should have gotten a John Deere. Yeeyee
I have a friend that’s got one of those seams to be a good tractor ! But I love my jd 4052m to mutch to go any other direction! Can’t wait to here what you think !
Thanks Jessie. I'm putting it to work already 👍
So now I know for sure we are living in the last days. Where is the Mahindra 4540? I have looked at Branson 4520c a long Time. Other than Green and Orange, ironically There is a Branson Dealer close to me. 🙉 Happy for ya Hank! Mark.
Thanks Mark. We still have the Mahindra. Im really looking forward to driving this Branson
Hank, I am seriously considering the 5520R open station tractor. Have you had any regeneration issues that required dealer or factory support? I have never had a tractor with DCO, SRC, or DPF and that is a major concern.
I have not. I have 280 hours on my 5220c and it has had exactly zero issues. This tractor has been awesome. The 5520R has been a really good tractor for Branson from what I hear. Ask the service department folks at the dealer you’re thinking of buying from if they had any issues. That will be a good indication of how they are preforming
very good looking tractor!!!!
I appreciate that 👍
Hey Hank ... Nicely done. Will there be some Mahindra to Branson comparisons? I have considered upping the HP of my Mahindra (from 40 to 50), and was looking at another Mahindra, but am open to other units. (I have four dealers near me; JD, Kubota, Mahindra and Yanmar.)
Hey Bruce. We may. But we will be doing a lot of projects so I'm sure I'll compare the two
Already called it Branson. Alas it is confirmed since it’s in your playlist as “Branson Tractor!” 🤣. I’m betting 4225 CH or 5220 CH
🤷🏻♂️
That was a rookie mistake on my part!! I read your comment and was like "dang it!!" Why did I do that! 😂😂
@@HamiltonvilleFarm I am looking forward to following along on your demo of the Branson. I am leaning towards a LS 4145/4150 HST or a NX4510 HST.
Branson is a good choice, (5220H here)The 5220 has been replaced by the 5520, nearly the exact same tractor, same hp.
Yep. Just a 4 range transmission
Great video Hank! I'm a new farmer and I love watching your videos. I do have to say you threw me for a loop when you said goodby to Mahindra. Great stuff, thank you!
We are really impressed with the Branson. It's been a tough machine!
