@@sevend2 If I go to the doctor it will be SUS (which is Brazil's free healthcare system) and they'll probably just give me some ibuprofen, but even if they worry about me and decide to do some exam it will take at least a month because of the waiting list. I remember listening to this on repeat with my friends during the covid lock downs, gaming all day and night together. Who would have thought those were going to be some of the fondest memories that i ever had with my friends. The one that introduced this song to the group is no longer with us, and I just want to thank him so much for the precious memories.

Following the advice of one of my friends, I decided to buy a brigadeiro (a brazilian dessert) to give to that girl and then start talking to her. day 95 .... i dont really know if i can say im depressed but its really starting to feel that way. my lifes pretty good rn im enjoying myself. im having fun playing games i like, i talk to my friends and we laugh and stuff everyday, and im not crying everyday or having suicidal thoughts or something theres just alot of past things i think about too often that really ruin my mood. so much shit i wish i could go back and change or stop myself from doing. i know its dumb to think that way and i need to just move on but idk man its hard sometimes. lots of things i dislike about myself as well but thats always been there and isnt gonna change anytime soon
i feel like that too, i even blame myself sometimes, but later i forget about these things and i stay normal again.
Relatable. When I was finally able to find something I'm good at and make new friends I was still depressed. Well, I'm still depressed tbh, but it's more like I have some episodes where I'm depressed (which last for weeks or months) and then episodes where I feel fine (which usually lasts for some weeks).
I also used to think about my past a lot because I was a very horrible and also pathetic person, but from my experience, the best way to stop thinking about these things is just to kinda compensate for what is bothering you from the past. For me, I was a very rude person in high school and had no friends, so I changed my way and started being nice to people and I was able to make some friends, but I was still feeling depressed because I was disastrous with girls and felt bad for never dating in hs, so what I did was to start talking to girls that I find attractive and eventually I finally kissed one (she stopped talking to me after and then I got depressed again, but I'm better now), and I believe these things that I did really helped me overcome some of my insecurities and frustrations from the past. Can't really know for sure tho because maybe it's just because I'm feeling good rn and it will all come back when I get depressed again, but anyway, I must have improved at least just a little bit.
