@@foca2002 because comparing it with something more expensive is unfair for the cheaper device. If you compare a budget tablet with a luxury tablet then obviously the luxury tablet would win because it would have more features. It's clearly unfair.

My Tab A7 has just been delivered. I am not very technical, so while I was waiting for it, I watched all the videos I could find about the Tab A7. Apart from one that was just about the set-up procedure, this was by far the most useful. Lots of things I will definitely use, but not mentioned by anyone else. Do you also have one about the set-up procedure? I'll check your channel. Then I might have the courage to actually open the box and switch it on. Electronic devices usually give me stress, but you are a great help. Thank you.

Also has LOUD audio, even tho the speakers aren't in necessarily prime locations it really projects!You do need to get a case for this bad boy IMMEDIATLY though as it doesn't come with one.Battery life is really good! Standby time us FANTASTIC. This guy can go about a week on standby and be just fine. The screen is massive so the longer you have the screen on, brightness especially, it will effect battery life. I am very happy with it though!One thing that I didn't consider is that since the screen resolution is so high, viewing ticktocks/ reading webtoons can be slightly blurry. There is no way to turn down resolution either, so it just be like that.Would still judge this bad boi at 10/10 for my first tablet. I've had it 3 months now and its not shown any evidence of "slowing down" or anything. Love it!

Nice short tutorial. Maybe in the future, between new tablets, you can do more? And perhaps a little more depth from time to time? I also enjoy it when you share some of your attachments like a keyboard. Good stuff.
Another interesting feature is Wind down mode is quite helpful. It turns the display black and white and is very soothing to eyes. Also you can set maximum time of usage for any app. It limits your time spent on the apps.

I had this tablet for 6 months now it was supposed to be gifted to me at my birthday but it was for my online classes and most likely my new gadget since my old one is severely broken, I never knew abt the transparency thing on pop up and others so it's really helpful.
i am able to get the icons on the top of the screen (status bar?) to swipe away in the browser, but when i open the only app i bought the galaxy tablet a7 for (the modalapp for the cobalt 8 synthesizer) it has the status bar still at the top and i can't find anything to get rid of it. any help?

@@andrealow1228 - the tablet kept turning off despite being set for 30 minutes, and would not turn back on, so it was returned to Best Buy and a 2nd one received. Had the same problems - contacted Samsung and they said that it appeared both were from the same shipment, and that the pallet may have been dropped in transit or storage, which would cause the tablets to malfunction. Took the 2nd one back, got a refund and purchased a Lenovo tablet instead. No problems with this one - wife loves it!

Well, he DID. Since he got his tablet he's hardly been on his computer. My husband got both of ours at Sam's. Fortunately we have not experienced any issues. Fingers and toes crossed! (For the record I would almost believe both of the ones you purchased were indeed from the same shipment. Ours are perfect thus far.) Thank you for replying! Do all the a7s have “visible pixels”? If i tilt the tablet, i can see small granules, or if i Look directly at it, i see them on the sides(at the white color is the most visible)... is it normal?

One thing I would love to see you cover is scanning pages and turning it into a PDF with Google Drive. I know it can be done, but I just can't seem to get mine to do it. I bought the tablet to write because my laptop broke down and I'm in Colombia at the moment and this was the best (and cheapest) quick fix. I have a little keyboard, which works fine. The problem is the Microsoft Office that comes with the tablet. As far as I can figure out I cannot write documents with it or save anything unless I upgrade to 365 which I don't want to do as it is a temporary measure. So far I have had to write on Google Drive, which offline does not work so well. I saw towards the end of the video you opened Microsoft Office but you didn't really explain how to work it out. Is there a way of using it without buying 365? Or does the Samsung A7 have another word processing program I can use and then transfer to Docs when online? Or do you have a better solution? Thank you so much if get to read this and can help me!
You can just redownload them. When I got this tab recently, when I logged into Google play it showed me the stuff I downloaded like 7 years ago and it was all mostly the same stuff I use now haha

Yes we should always look at what is available as competition rather than comparing a 250$ tablet with a 400 or 600 one.

You cannot transfer apps to sd card.. that's one of the down side of this tablet

Hye can you try use the Teamviewer and split screen with the google chrome. Wonder if the ram enough for this 2 apps working at the same time
