I loved this video so much! I can totally relate to that feeling of frustration from a project not going your way and then completely abandoning it until weeks or months or later 😂 I also felt that "adequate" comment on another level lol Because honestly sometimes you just have to tell yourself that its good enough and just move on. I think the finished cutsew turned out really well and the fabric your mother gave to you was definitely a good choice! Thank you so much for sharing the process with us all!
Thank you...and yeah, do you even sew if you don't abandon projects? Glad to hear you also think that sometimes you just have to say that it's good enough and move on, and I got the warm fuzzies hearing that you thought it turned out well (cos i love your channel and your sewing!) ^__^
First I want to start off with how much I am in love with this top! It looks super cute, very flattering, and quite comfortable! You've done a fantastic job! I love to sew but have never properly been taught how to do hand sewing or machine sewing. I am pretty much 100% self taught aside from watching UA-cam videos here and there. So my knowledge is very limited. I figured out how to use a sewing machine because I wanted to make my own skirts and for altering pre-existing cloths. The one thing I haven't been able to bring myself to tackle is making a top. So I must say, you have inspired me to give it a go! Thank you so much for seeing this project through and sharing your progress!
Thank you! And me too, they're so comfy. Next week (fingers crossed) I'll be uploading a review of Sleepyland's recent cutsew release and - spoiler alert - I love it. So that's a viable option that is currently still in stock.

Good job persevering! It’s the hardest part of a challenging project.
Thank you and it absolutely is! Glad I stuck to it ^__^

Thank you, it means a lot that you liked it! Best of luck making your top and please show me when you're done, I'd love to see it.
I really wish plus size cut-sews were more available. You did a great job!

I like your vibe during this video, and I find it very useful as a fellow plus size Lolita. And that is a beautiful cutsew, great job 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
