  • Vinnie Caruana, frontman from The Movielife, I Am The Avalanche, Peace'd Out and Constant Elevation, takes us through his 20-year career in punk rock and hardcore, and touches on the roles Taking Back Sunday founder Eddie Reyes, Anthony Raneri from Bayside, and Daryl Palumbo from Glassjaw played in that journey.
We also discuss old and new music from The Movielife, old and new solo tunes, and how some old I Am The Avalanche songs came to be, and how some new I Am The Avalanche songs may be coming soon.
Caruana also covers how music and marriage help him maintain his mental health.

Vinnie is hands down one of the nicest dudes I've ever met. I've been a fan of his for nearly 20 years and have been in his orbit over the past several years, especially since moving to NYC. Once he actually hung up on a friend he was on the phone with when I ran into him so he could say hi!
