You did such a nice job of showing us the home. I can't tell you how much I appreciated your mentioning that the window in the secondary bedroom faced east. No one seems to include that info, and it's really important to some of us. Thanks also for showing closets. Storage is so important to most people. However, I do wish you'd forego the music. It's annoying and distracting, especially for those who watch these videos at a faster playback speed.

Cute house. But I'm afraid that there would be way too much traffic, people wandering around , parking in front of the home with the park and club right across the way.
I actually managed this park for 6 years and you’d be surprised but no one parks on that road. There’s plenty of parking at the clubhouse even on bigger events. All the action is across the street and separated by the park and pond area. Thanks for watching!

Wow the music is really hard on the ears. I’ve noticed you pick music that has very sharp high notes. If it was just guitar strumming and the volume was much lower I could tolerate it, but wow it’s very, very distracting.

If you’re interested, you would make an offer with a 10% escrow payment (financing may require more than that to secure your loan) and it would be contingent on approval of the Parks back ground check as well as your financing. What is tax pass-thru? I have never heard of this.
Tax pass thru is to portion of land tax that is billed as part of your lot fee. Because the home itself isn’t taxed, it usually fairly low. Thanks for watching!
