Creamy Tuscan Chicken in 30 Minutes

- Creamy Tuscan chicken is one of the tastiest recipes I have had, yet it's so simple to make. All you need is a few simple ingredients which you will probably have in your pantry and fridge. For example, the recipe calls for chicken breasts, cream, salt, pepper, oregano, butter, garlic, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, parmesan cheese, and of course less than 30 minutes of your time. Yes, folks, that's all. This makes It such a great midweek meal.
I use boneless, skinless chicken breast as they are healthy and easy to get, but you can use the cut of your choice. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly. You can always alter the spices to meet your tastes too. For example, if you're a garlic or oregano lover simply add more. If not, add less.
The dish goes great with a. nice salad and a glass of white wine.

Tonight will be the second time I'm making this recipe. This is actually a KETO diet approved, which is amazing. Imagine being able to eat as much as this as you want and it's considered "diet" food! No pasta though. I put my Tuscan Ckn on a bed of cooked well shredded cabbage, cole slaw mix. I pan fry, (saute) the cabbage in a bit of olive, season it with a bit of fresh lemon and garlic, then pour on the chicken. It's divine, EASY and cost effective. Great as a left over. Thank you.

Amazing recipe! I made a couple of changes that I think are delicious.
1. Sauté some onion with the butter and then add the garlic
2. Replace cherry tomatoes with sundried tomatoes (chop them a little before adding the I )

Just made this recipe. Didn’t have any tomatoes or spinach, but cooked some noodle and frozen vegetables and mixed it in with the sauce after the chicken was done. 😋

This came out so yummy!!! I made some changes based on what I had and it was still so good! I used frozen broccoli instead of spinach and 1% milk instead of cream. The sauce was thinner but definitely tasty 😊

Hi. That's a really good question. I always make up a mixture in a spray bottle which is part water, soap, and bleach. It always does a fantastic job and is easy to use. Hope this helps.

I watched this video some weeks ago because I was going to make it then, but then, that didn't happen. I'm watching it again now because I plan to make it tomorrow, LORD willing, and I have a question. Can milk be substituted for the cream by any chance?

I forgot to reply the other day, but when I made it, I used 2% milk and thickened it up by mixing a bit of milk with a tablespoon of cornstarch and mixed it into the pot. It did great and tasted fabulously, thank God!!! However, I used a tad bit too much oil, and used diced tomatoes instead of the cherry ones because that's all I had, so naturally, that made things more than liquidus than normal, even after draining the diced tomatoes of 90% of its juices. However, without some of the extra tomato juice and less oil, I believe that it would have actually been creamy with the incorporation of the cornstarch!!!

Hi. You can, but it will be stringy. Just make sure it's fairly hot when you add it and stir it well. Hope this helps. Let us know.
